I like playing football because it’s good for my physical and mental health. Firstly, it helps to improve my physical health by running, walking, sprinting and kicking. It reduces body fat, enhances muscle and bone strength and improves coordination. Also, it makes me relax after hard-working days. When I play football at weekends, I forget all my stressful subjects to enjoy my life. It’s stress-free and very relaxing. Thirdly, it boosts my relationship with friends and family members. I spend more time outside with my friends and brothers. At that time, we often talk about our problems, and together we find the way to solve them. To sum up, I think playing football is great for my body and brain.

London is a big, wonderful and historic city. Because of that, I've listed a schedule of the places I want to go during my three-day visit to London. Firstly, I will visit the city's oldest royal palace - the Tower of London. The Tower of London is a majestic historic building which it attracts millions of tourists due to it's ancient look and then, I experienced the London Bridge. It's made out of stone, crossing through the Thames river with some beautiful decorations. Secondly, I will stop by Westminster Pier to visit Westminster Abbey. Westminster Abbey, formally titled the Collegiate Church of Saint Peter at Westminster, is an Anglican church in the City of Westminter and founded more than 1000 years ago, which is also, a historic building and the burial site of more than 3,300 people. Next, I will arrive at Windsor Castle, the official residence of the Queen of England. Windsor Castle is a royal residence at Windsor in the English county of Berkshire. It is strongly associated with the English and succeeding British royal family, and embodies almost a millennium of architectual history. Finally, Wembley Stadium for real football experience. Well, if the football on TV wasn't good enough for me, I think Wembley Stadium is my best choice!
