b) 12-3.(x+2)=3
3.(x+2)=9

c) |x-3|-16=-4
|x-3| =-4+16
|x-3| =12
=> x-3=12 (1)
hoặc x-3=-12 (2)
Từ (1), => x=15
Từ (2) => x=-9
Vậy x={-9;15}
