In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabulary by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods of time. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tells me about the world’s history, let me see the structure of the human body, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activities.

People say that book is the endless source of knowledge, and luckily my favorite activity in my free time is reading books. I read many different kinds of books, such as science fiction, documentary, and horror stories. I live in two different worlds, the first one is my daily life, and the second one in is in the books. I can spend hours reading about a thrilling adventure, a remarkable discovery, or a magical journey. I find those details become more and more realis when I am deep in to them, and I can experience another fascinating world. Among many books that I have read, my favorite series is Harry Potter. The story is about a little wizard with his great journey to destroy the dark force. I have been reading books since I was a kid; therefore I have a rich imagination and plenty of ideas about almost everything. Everyone has his or her own hobby, and I am glad that I spend my free time and my mind on something that is very helpful.

One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was child. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.

I to take photos because a photo can have the time and the landscape nailed into a picture. I love what photography does for me and why I think it’s such a great hobby to integrate into my life, which also resulted to me starting a photography blog site. Photography is a unique hobby in that you can start learning at any stage, and continue learning till you have your mental faculties intact. Many feel that photography isn’t an art nor should it deserve as much attention as paintings because it’s relatively easy to get into photography. I can not agree with that. A photograph, on the other hand, allows me to imagine as if I’m seeing the place through the eyes of the photographer. The technology revolving around photography is highly addictive. People who are into preserving memories by getting great pictures would definitely love photography. Photography allows you to capture the best moments of your life, and express themselves with photographs.

My hobby is collecting books. I collect books whenever I have more need for some books. I collect many kinds of books such a love story books or textbooks I am learning at school, you know, Maths, History, Geography, Biology: and books about nature. I buy books from a bookshop near my house, and some other stores. I also get books from my friends. I collect books because I would to learn from books. They help me broaden my knowledge. In the future, I try to make my collection larger. I would open a book store of my own.

Playing games helps me forget about the pressures in school. In order to play a healthy game, I only play 1 hour a day. My parents also know my gaming goals so I agree. On my 15th birthday, Dad bought me a computer set for my study and entertainment games. I to play games but I also know the balance between playing time and studying. If you can do that, the game is not bad.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina. Additionally, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.
