English was originally the language of England, but through the historical efforts of the British Empire it has become the primary or secondary language of many former British colonies such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and India. Currently, English is the primary language of not only countries actively touched by British imperialism, but also many business and cultural spheres dominated by those countries. It is the language of Hollywood and the language of international banking and business. As such, it is a useful and even necessary language to know. There are several factors that make the English language essential to communication in our current time. First of all, it is the most common foreign language. This means that two people who come from different countries (for example, a Mexican and a Swede) usually use English as a common language to communicate. That’s why everyone needs to learn the language in order to get in touch on an international level. Speaking it will help you communicate with people from countries all over the world, not just English-speaking ones.

My favorite subjects in school are math and science. Math is my favorite subject because it is fun. It is like a mystery to find the answer. It can be challenging and can take steps sometimes. I like science too because it is about discoveries. One reaction can create another reaction. If the people that are doing the experiment are not careful, they may get the wrong reaction.
Many different jobs use math and science. Science is used to find cures for people who are sick. Doctors and nurses use math to measure how much medicine to give to people. Salespeople need to know math to count money. Architects need to know math to design buildings. Pilots use these subjects to fly a plane. All of these people use math and science daily to measure, pay and count. Math and science are needed and used all around the world. That is why math and science are so important.

-One of the key Tet traditions for Vietnamese people is to wrap Banh Chung, a type of square glutinous rice cake, and Banh Tet, a round glutinous rice cake. These types of cake are specially made for worshipping ancestors, or alternatively used as special gifts for relatives and guests. As family members make and consume the delicacies, they take time to sit together and recall stories from the past year.
-Five years ago, I attended a very big festival in Ha Noi. It's called 1000th Anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi Festival. There are a lot of activities in this festival such as fireworks display, military parade, music performances, ect. It was organized very splendidly because the organizers are the Viet Nam government. Millions of people came to Ha Noi to participate in this great festival. It was held for ten days from October 1st 2015 to October 10th 2015. I saw lots of fireworks, parties, parades during these days. It was interesting. I took so many pictures on this festival because there were plenty of beautiful scenes. We organized this great festival to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi.

There are a lot of activites and subjects in my school. They are all important for me but English is my favorite subject. The first season why I like English is I can communicate with foreigners and I can find a good job in the future. Second , learning English well can help me read books or stories in English . Moreover , I can understand some English songs and I will have many foreigners friends all over the world. My English teacher is also a reason why I like it. To study English , in my free time , I often learn it in the Internet , in the books . I find it interesting and important so please study English .

I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.
History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not like to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.
I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.

My favourite food is fried rice with vegetable and chicken curry with salad. This is, in fact, the most popular menu in our country. The rice is first boiled in water and then the boiled rice is fried with some chicken and vegetables and oil. The chicken curry is prepared separately using some spices and chicken and finally, the salad is prepared using different vegetables and fruits and then those are cut into pieces and mixed together with mustard. Then these three items are served together.
I eat this menu approximately 3-4 times in a week. This menu is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant. There are some variations in the way this food is prepared and the ingredients using which this food is made. Different restaurants have their own speciality in preparing and serving this menu.
This is my favourite food for many reasons: firstly it is very delicious and healthy. This menu meets the demand for different food values our body needs. It is available in most of the part in our country. Thirdly, I like it as it offers the variations of tastes. Moreover, it is not that much expensive to prepare and does not require o much effort to prepare. For all these reasons it is my favourite food.

My favorite school club is the debate club. It provides a platform for students to engage in intellectually stimulating discussions and learn the art of persuasive communication. Being a part of the debate club has not only improved my public speaking skills but has also taught me how to think critically and analyze different perspectives. The club organizes regular debates on various topics, allowing us to explore different viewpoints and develop our argumentative skills. English is my favourite subject. English is not difficult to learn, you just need to work hard to gain good results. It’s the fact that English is the most common language spoken in the world, and studying it brings me lots of opportunities. First of all, being good at English, I can talk with foreign people and tourists, which expand my knowledge about each culture in the world. Besides, English documents provides a more accurate and original source of information. As a result, reading them, I can gain a deep knowledge in any field such as science, economics,… Furthermore, I can watch films, read news in English without subtitle. In the future, after graduating, with English skill, I can join international organizations or multi-national corporations and have a good career. It’s also a common sense that people who know English will have a higher salary than the others with a same job. I want to go abroad to study as well so English is necessary. In conclusion, English is an interesting subject and quite important for my future.
