My favorite school club is the Debate Club. We have fun discussing different topics and presenting our ideas. It helps me think critically and speak confidently in front of others. I like the friendly competition and how we support each other. Being in the Debate Club has made me smarter and more confident.

Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.
We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.
The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Kỳ nghỉ hè năm nay rất đặc biệt với tôi vì đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đi chơi với các đồng nghiệp của mình. Chúng tôi đã có một thời gian tuyệt vời tại Vũng Tàu – thành phố có những bãi biển đẹp nhất ở Việt Nam.

Chúng tôi ở đó trong 2 ngày tại một nhà nghỉ nhỏ nhưng thuận tiện. Ngày đầu tiên, chúng tôi dậy sớm để xem mặt trời mọc trên bãi biển. Đó là thứ rực rỡ nhất mà tôi từng thấy. Sau đó, chúng tôi bơi và nằm trên cát tận hưởng ánh nắng tuyệt đẹp và bầu trời trong xanh. Chúng tôi cũng được thưởng thức hải sản ngon và uống nước dừa tươi.

Ngày hôm sau, chúng tôi mất khoảng 30 phút đi bộ lên núi Nhỏ để đến thăm ngọn hải đăng. Nhưng nó thực sự không uổng công! Ngọn hải đăng mang đến tầm nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố Vũng Tàu và là một địa điểm thực sự thú vị. Trên đỉnh núi Nhỏ, có một bức tượng khổng lồ cao 28m hình Chúa Giêsu nhìn qua Biển Đông. Đây là tác phẩm điêu khắc lớn nhất ở miền Nam Việt Nam. Hai vai của tượng đồng thời là dãy ban công, mỗi bên có thể chứa tối đa sáu người, mang đến một tầm nhìn tuyệt vời của cảnh quan xung quanh.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

Trường cấp hai là nơi đã in dấu biết bao kí ức của tuổi thơ tôi. Ngôi trường nằm ở vị trí trung tâm của huyện. Được bao quanh bởi cánh đồng lúa, với những hàng cây xanh và khu vườn đầy sắc màu của ngôi trường, tất cả đã tạo nên một khung cảnh thật tuyệt vời. Ngoài ra ngôi trường được thiết kế với một kế hoạch quy mô. My high school is always kept in my mind, not simply as a place to gain knowledge, but more importantly it is an indispensable piece of my juvenility. It is a great construction built by french in battle and then years after, rebuilt by vietnamese citizens. It is in the center area of the city with many facilities surrounding. It follows the well-closed architecture with buildings arranged in O shape and a schoolyard inside. I has considered this school as home because I was mentally brought up here. I had enthusias and considerate teachers, and understanding and sympathe friends. that explains why this school has been of great significance to me.

Hình ảnh trường cấp ba luôn được lưu giữ trong tâm trí mình, không chỉ đơn giản là một nơi để lấy kiến thức, nhưng quan trọng hơn nó là mảnh ghép không thể thiếu trong quãng thời gian tuổi trẻ của mình. Đó là một công trình vĩ đại được xây bởi người pháp trong chiến tranh và những năm sau đó được xây lại bởi người việt. Ngôi trường được đặt tại khu vực trung tâm thành phố với nhiều cơ sở vật chất xung quanh. Ngôi trường theo kiểu kiến trúc khép kín với những dãy nhà được sắp xếp theo hình chữ O và sân trường ở bên trong. Mình luôn coi ngôi trường như nhà mình bởi mình được nuôi dưỡng về mặt tâm hồn ở đây. Mình có những cô giáo nhiệt huyết và ân cần, có những người bạn luôn thấu hiểu và thông cảm. Chính vì những lí do ấy mà ngôi trường đã trở nên rất quan trọng với mình.

There are numerous different ways to communicate in today's world, but text messages remain one of my favorite modes of communication. I spend three hours per day texting messages. In addition to its convenient and fast features, text messages help me send messages to my friends and attach images. Furthermore, it allows me to use audio recordings when I want to transmit the most important information. I think that in the future, text will still be one of the most popular means of communication.
(Có rất nhiều cách khác nhau để giao tiếp trong thế giới hiện tại, nhưng nhắn tin vẫn là một trong những cách giao tiếp ưa thích của tôi. Tôi dành ba giờ mỗi ngày chỉ để nhắn tin. Thêm vào với sự tiện lợi và những tính năng nhanh chóng, nhắn tin giúp tôi gửi tin nhắn đến bạn mè và đính kèm thêm hình ảnh. Hơn nữa nó cho phép tôi sử dụng chức năng ghi âm khi tôi muốn truyền tải những thông tin quan trọng. Tôi nghĩ là trong tương lai thì nhắn tin vẫn sẽ là một trong những cách giao tiếp phổ biến nhất.)

Being a part of the debate club has not only improved my public speaking skills but has also taught me how to think critically and analyze different perspectives.
