  1. The greens should be completely dry. - No matter what kind of greens you use, they should be as dry as possible. If greens aren't dry, they feel weighed down and even a little slimy when the dressing is added. I like to buy bags of mixed salad greens (sure, I could make my own mix, but I don't always have the time or inclination to buy frisee, radicchio, romaine, arugula, and butter lettuce and wash and chop them myself!), but these should be washed too.Wash the greens and spin dry if you like, then lay them out on a towel to air-dry for a little while.

  2. The greens should be bite-sized. Really. Make sure the greens are torn into bite-sized bits. I really hate those oversized wedges of lettuce left in restaurant salads; you have to cut them up to get them in your mouth! No good.Tear up your greens if you think they will be too big to spear and eat gracefully.

  3. Put the greens in a really big bowl. This gives you space to dress the salad without splashing or compressing all the air out of what should be a light, fluffy mix of greens.

  4. Add any other vegetables you like (make sure they are dry too). Herbs are extra-good. For a really simple salad, this is where you toss in any little extras. I don't like to over-complicate my side salads or weigh them down with lots of heavy vegetables. But sometimes I add a little carrot or cucumber, finely shredded and blotted dry. Finely shredded herbs are wonderful in salad too; I'm partial to mint.

  5. Always dress your salad. Bottles at the table — no. All right. Here's my salad manifesto. I don't believe that salads should ever ever be dressed at the table by the diners. A good salad is not a pile of vegetables with gloppy dressing on top. A good salad has dressing mixed all throughout, and a dressing calibrated to the salad itself. I know some might disagree with this, but I'm positively militant about it! Salad should never come to the party naked.

  6. Most dressings need a touch of sweetness. In salad dressing, sweetness should always be a deliberate part of the equation. Sometimes you deliberately leave it out, balancing the dressing with something funky and strong, like Amanda Hesser's anchovies in her French dressing. But I find that just oil and vinegar lack a little something, unless you are working with really terrific oil and aged balsamic. A half teaspoon of honey or maple syrup won't sweeten the dressing noticeably; it will just make it taste more rounded and full

  7. Taste the dressing first. Always taste the dressing before you pour it on the salad. Adjust if you want a little more acidity or sweetness.

  8. Use far less dressing than you think you need. Here I used all the dressing, but I wish I would have actually used less (and there's only 2 tablespoons of oil here!). You want to lightly dress the salad, not drench it.

  9. Salt and pepper! Now for perhaps the most important part of a well-dressed salad: Salt and pepper. This is what that flaky salt in your cupboard is for.

  10. Add any other mix-ins, such as nuts, cheese, or other dressy things.I like to serve salad in individual bowls and sprinkle any last-minute grace notes like a shaving of Parmesan or some slivered nuts directly on top. This makes them look finished and pretty, and it also is a good way to make sure that these heavy ingredients don't fall immediately to the bottom of the salad. If you don't use any other garnishes, I like to add just a touch more pepper on top.Serve the salad in individual bowls, or on plates. Garnish with some pepper, a shaving of cheese, or some fruit or nuts.hehe

Last summer holiday, in order to escape the extreme heat of Danang city, my family and I decided to go to Dalat. We went there by bus.

When we got this mountainous and wonderful city, it was getting dark. We felt very excited because of the nice weather and the fresh air. We stayed in Hoa Hong hotel, a little but comfortable one in the centre of the city.

The next day we went shopping in Hoa Binh market and, caught some fresh air by sitting near the Xuan Huong lake. We had lunch in a nice restaurant near the garden of flowers. The food was delicious and cheap especially the vegetables. In the afternoon, we took a taxi to visit the Valley of the Love. How beautiful it was! The following day was for visiting Prenn Waterfall, the Than Tho lake and the Hills of Pine. Every spot has its own beauty, I could say which is the best. People are friendly and polite, especially young Dalat girls with their pink cheeks.

This wonderful holiday helped us to get rid of worries and trouble and gave us health and enthusiasm to resume work again. It was an interesting and unforgettable holiday.

Last weekend I went with my family to the zoo. First, I saw the monkeys. They are fun to watch because they jump up and down quickly. Next, then go see elephants. Tiger. I love them because they are so fast. Finally, I saw the pandas. They are very cute and do everything slowly. i had really fun time at the zoo. If I could visit the zoo again I would tell new things that were not covered in this passage.

There are many interesting trips during my life. But I will never forget my first visit to the zoo. It's a nice day in September, the sun was shining, and many birds were singing. My mother woke me up at 6.00 am and said " Today we will go to the zoo". I was so excited, and suddenly I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, washed my face. During my breakfast, I thought about what I would do at the zoo. At 8.00 am, we set off. It took us 1 hour to get to the zoo. The zoo was so big! There were many animals at the zoo such as: monkeys, lions, tigers, snakes, crocodies and so on....I followed my parents to the zoo. First, we visited the monkeys. They were very funny. I shook hand with a monkey. Then we went to the tigers'. I was so surprised because they were so big and fast. I was a bit afraid so I stand behind my father. After 2 hours around the zoo, my father drove the whole family to a ground, we had a picnic there. We returned home at 6.00 pm in the evening. I still remember the time I was at the zoo, so I said to my mother:"Will we go to the zoo again?" and my mother said:"Of course yes". I felt so happy. This was the first trip of mine and also the trip I will remember most.

Education has always been the top national policy that the Party and the state set out in the missions to build the country. And schools have a huge role to play in education development. The school contributes to educating the young generation, the future owners of the country. And a good land to cultivate knowledge for each person, a stepping stone for each of us to reach a brilliant future.

It can be said that the school is the place to transmit knowledge and knowledge to students. The knowledge transferred from the school has a high level of standardization, science, and clear orientation and methods. Schools in general and the education and training sector in particular have a great role and influence in the training of talent, a qualified and qualified workforce for economic development- society of a country.

Learning is a lifelong job, there are people who spend almost their entire life on learning and acquiring new knowledge. And knowledge is endless, sometimes it makes people wonder where to begin to acquire or which knowledge is good. School is the place to help us do that. When studying at school, each student will be equipped with the necessary and appropriate textbooks for each age, which are books that summarize useful knowledge of natural sciences and social sciences. , interestingly, combined with enthusiastic and enthusiastic lectures of teachers that students will easily absorb that knowledge. In the hustle and bustle of society, it is very difficult for an individual without knowledge to grasp and apply modern scientific achievements of humanity, and then become lagging behind many people. other. School is the place that prepares us to equip us firmly with knowledge to confidently enter the future life.

In short, the school's education is a very important stepping stone for the development of citizens and leading to a beautiful future for the country and students in the future.

i think in the future, the relationship between the teacher and the student will change. We see teachers act as instructors rather than knowledge, so when schools change, students can be fully autonomous, self-taught in the way they feel most appropriate. Second, the Internet is everywhere with unbelievably fast speeds. Students will be connected around the world in virtual spaces and anyone can make a request to the global community to help solve a problem. taught from all over the world through hologram and virtual reality glasses, and it is possible that students in each class are segregated according to level and skill level. Due to the abundant number of teachers and not limited teaching space, the classes will have fewer and fewer students, creating an intensive teaching process, the more, the more technology develops, meaning is that the division of class will be more pronounced (even today there is a division of classes). And pens, paper, boards or chalk remained in memory and were completely replaced by electronic touch boards. The lesson will be more vivid thanks to 360 images, virtual reality glasses, and 3-dimensional virtual images. The course materials will therefore be much more vivid. A Spanish teacher can take the class to Mexico City to meet the locals and practice conversations using virtual reality glasses. Geography or Astronomy class, the whole Milky Way will be shown around students thanks to hologram technology. Every student going to school will have a robot accompanying him. Those are the visions of nothing too far-fetched when life is powered by technology.

Countryside life has some problems due to late improvement including health, technology and transportation. Those are some serious problems in the countryside; therefore, we may need to improve those places or agree to live there. To conclude, I think life in the countryside is better than in the city, but health care and improvement is developing slowly; Therefore, we must pay attention to those problems and how to solve them effectively. And there are fewer places to entertain. One has to travel further to get to the cinema or shopping mall. Second, because there are fewer shops and services, there are fewer job opportunities. A person will have to travel a longer distance to get to his or her place of work and this can be expensive. In short, this country is more suitable for some people than others. If I had to choose, I would live in the country
