There are some ways to have a good health in our life. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit. Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health. In short, we just need to try our best to take care of ourselves. Having a good health, we can do whatever we want and can get success in our life.

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point: You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too. You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast. You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas. You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
If you want to live long, the most important thing is that you have to be always happy.You should be more optimistic, cheerful, try to comfort all the time, always keep the smile on your lips. You can tell jokes, be funny.You can get married earlier, love and be loved, devote to your happy, get a good job...The winter is coming, you take care more for your health please! Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes. Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you're eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you're a teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life. You can keep fit and stay healthy by some the following tips:Eat healthy , get regular exercise it can help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and colon cancer, lose weight if you're overweight...Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. -Your daily food selection should include bread and other whole-grain products; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry, fish and other protein foods and enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.Health can be defined as physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and as a resource for living a full life. ... Factors for good health include genetics, the environment, relationships, and education. A healthful diet, exercise, screening for diseases, and coping strategies can all enhance a person's health.Our healthy is very important, so you need to protect it carefully.

A healthy lifestyle plays an important role in our daily lives. Actually, a healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stable relationships.

Firstly, you should eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Remember not to skip breakfast because it can help you get through the day. You should also drink a lot of water because it helps your body filter blood well and keep your skin healthy. You should also eat fruits and vegetables. Those food groups contain necessary vitamins. They are good for your digestion.  Secondly, spend at least thirty minutes a day on physical activities. Regular exercise not only improves your health but also prevents some diseases. Besides, it can make you look younger and slimmer. It also helps you reduce stress. Try to exercise every day and never skip exercising for two days in a row.  Thirdly, you should maintain good relationships with people around you: your friends, parents, or neighbors. Thanks to the relationships you hold, you won’t feel lonely or stressed.  In conclusion, keeping fit and staying healthy is an everyday task, starting from the moment we get up to the time we go to bed. Eating sensibly, exercising, and having good relationships will offer you a high-quality life.

Actually, I have never seen anyone who dislike listening to music. I’m a big fan of music. Some people said that music becomes a huge distraction when they need to stay highly focused. It’s not the case for me, I usually listen to instrumental songs or podcast when I need to focus on doing something.

I’m not completely into any type of music specifically, I listen to the music that fit my mood. If I’m happy, I will listen to pop or hip hop. When I work out, I will blast EDM or songs with fast tempo. And if I’m sad, I will just listen on repeat to jazz.

I pretty much listen to music all the time except for when I’m taking shower, eating or sleeping. To put it simply, music keeps me energetic throughout the day.

Not really, the older I get the more types of music I listen to. When I was younger, most of the songs on my mp3 player is Kpop songs. However, when I grow up and got the chance to study abroad and got exposed to many cultures, I listen to more types of music.

When I was studying in Europe, I attended a lot of concerts because most of my favorite artists hold concert in Amsterdam. However, when I came back to Vietnam, there isn’t any concert so usually I settle for an acoustic performance from cover artists in Vietnam which are still very amazing actually.

Yes, as the matter of fact, I played piano for my school choir when I was in elementary. In addition, I also learned how to play guitar when in High school. I quitted both of the instruments because I don’t have time now.

Music is one of the compulsory subjects for primary and secondary students in my country. However, mainly singing is focused. We can also add some movements to make the songs more lively. Only those who are selected for the big performances are allowed to use musical instruments.

I only started listening to music when I had my first cellphone. If I remember correctly, it was during my secondary years. I listened to songs on the radio most of the time.

I believed most people in Vietnam are listening to Pop music, especially Kpop. This Korean Music industry spreaded really fast. You can hear Korean songs in pretty much every corner of this city.

Energy is limited. We should do the following things to save energy. Firstly, we should use more efficiently. Secondly, We had better turn off the light when leaving a room or before going to bed. Thirrdly, it's good to use public transport. It will solve problems of air pollution. Moreover, We ought to use low energy light bulbs.Finally, it's advisable to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future.

Reducing our reliance on nonrenewable resources and expanding our renewable energy usage is one of the keys to a sustainable future. This movement includes both big, sweeping structural changes the Paris Agreement, and the choices that businesses and individuals can make every single day.

Actions driving electric and hybrid vehicles, installing solar panels on and properly insulating your business and home, and using energy-efficient appliances are all smaller-scale changes that you can make to reduce your nonrenewable resource usage.
