Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

I am usually in habit of reading books. Addition to books that offer me much useful information,I also comic book. I am in fond of it for some following reasons.
To begin with, Comic books bring me a great deal of relaxation. One of them is Doremon story, which tells many funny short stories about 2 main characters, Doremon and Nobita,Who are close friends. The author of that comic creats so many amusing situations among characters that I can”t help laughing. It”s actually a hard-to-put-down book. It attracts not only children but also adults as me.
Another good point of it I want to mention about is creative imagination. I mean children need to have imaginative mindset, which helps them be more active in life.
By and large, comic book is worth reading after hard work. It is nice for everyone.

Among many subjects student learns in school, I math the most. This is one of the compulsory subjects from primary to high school ad even university. Math teaches learner about numbers and operation. Being good at math brings us several advantages. Doing math exercise improves one’s brain and its brainstorm. Moreover, people learning math can think more logically and make up one mind. There are many subjects we can apply mathemas to solve the problem: economics, engineering and even business. Math is said to originate from ancient Greece and develop completely as today. In VN it’s an increasing number of mathemaal genius such as Ngo Bao Chau. Therefore, Vietnamese are very proud of it. In my opinion, every student should be good at math or at least learn it. Since human gain lots of achievement related to math, specifically in modern society.

I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.
History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.
I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.

I am a person who love animal very much. I cat, dog and some kinds of birds. It is a reason that I am very happy that my family has a dog. The dog is named Key is very intelligent and active. It always bring to my family many joy and surprise. It had been my home when he was 4weeks and now he is 3years. It is quite tall , yellow hair, bright eyes and big voice. I offen play with it when I have free time. It is special that it is very exciting when see anyone in my family come home. With runing out and shaking, it can make any one relax and fun imtermedially. I love my dog very much

Rooster of my house is very beautiful. It was big and weighs almost four pounds, sturdy legs with sharp serrated, red crested, dark yellow jacket coat brown and black colored smooth. Hard as steel ivory beak, tail brilliant rainbow bent on making us pay heroic beauty. Early too, when he took the crowing "O..o,, o" as you wake up, prepare to school. Roosters are my clock there.

Every day, I go to school on my mother's old bicycle. Although it is an old car, the blue paint of the car is still shiny new. The wheels and spokes were bright white, and they kept glaring when I rode fast. The handlebar of the car is covered in plas at the grip. The two ropes win the ring, crossed in the front with a butterfly-shaped knot. The saddle is replaced so it is very quiet. The car also has a basket in front for you to keep your bag when going to school. The chain spun is whirring but the bike is very light. My friends all love this bike. I am very proud to have come to school by bike by myself, do not mind my parents having to take the shuttle.

When I was young, when I was about 4 years old, I had a gift that my mother bought for me with money. It is a mess, although it is not expensive, but I love it very much. I consider that hustler as one of my childhood treasures. This is the most meaningful gift to me ever and it is also the first gift that my mother gave me. Until now I still have this gift. Flip-flop made of plas, with many colorful colors. The shape of the cub is very funny, fat and round, looking a round sphere. It has a big belly the belly of a man in the lion dance troupe. The head is small and round, attached to the body is not fixed and it also has no limbs. I love it not only because it's beautiful, but it's also full of my mother's love for me. It is so cute, it always stands still on my nightstand. Every time I touch it, it wobbles and smiles brightly. There was a time when I looked at this gift and was proud of having a gift of my mother's dedication and savings. Looking at it, I thought it was the love and care my mother gave me. I am truly proud of my mother. Mom gave me a body, she gave me food, a face. My mother also gave me an innocent and pure childhood.
