Some remedies to prevent the flu essay (Một vài biện pháp để phòng tránh bệnh cúm bằng tiếng anh

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

The disease spreads from person to person via the respiratory tract, communicating with each other ... In Vietnam In the South, there have been cases of this virus, so far, there is no vaccine available, so everyone should be aware of how to prevent themselves by using methods such as personal hygiene, washing hands with soap and Alcoholic beverages, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing; No spitting spit indiscriminately in public. Exercise, eat boiled and drink enough nutrition to increase resistance. Keep your home clean and well ventilated. Clean floors, doorknobs, and surfaces with detergent regularly. wear a mask in public. Avoid contact with people with flu symptoms. Need medical attention immediately when signs: fever, cough, shortness of breath. Also share your travel schedule with health workers to avoid the spread of disease.

Every one of us wants to be healthy and live longer. Some advice is no smoking, staying at healthy weight, doing enough exercises and eat healthy,.. Why should we do that?

The first, we all know that sports and exercises are very important, but most of us don't have enough time to do physical activities. Always take a walk with your friends, play sports, even travel to work on foot. Second, potato chips, candies, cookies and snack are not good for your body. they contain lots of sugar anfd fat. Choose vegestable, fresh friuts,... It'll get all of the vitamins you need. Soeating healthy food is one of the best things you can do to prevent many healthy problems. Relax when you feeltired. Don't work too hard. Don't get nervous and angry, too. Because it is bad for your healthy. Do a lot of fun activities such as: hiking, skiing or riding a bike with your family and your friends. Just enjoy your life and remember: The happier people are, the longer they live.

    My hobby is listening to music. I started this hobby 2 years ago, when I saw an interesting music show on TV and I was interested in  it right away. After that, I shared my hobby with my brother, Phuc, and he liked it too. To continue my hobby, I always go to the concert, or listen to music in my free time. When I listen to music, I feel comfortable. Listening to music is very useful and helpful, so I will continue this hobby in the future.

My hobby is playing games. However, I’m not addicted to the game at all. I only play games when I’ve done my work. The game that I often play is League of Legends. This is a game that requires high strategy and flexible finger manipulation. I often play games with my friends. We split into teams and fight each other. When we play the game we become closer. Playing games helps me forget about the pressures in school. In order to play a healthy game, I only play 1 hour a day. My parents also know my gaming goals so I agree. On my 15th birthday. I was received a computer from my dad set for my study and entertainment games. I like to play games but I also know the balance between playing time and studying. If you can do that, the game is not bad.

Individual has their own dream; therefore we always set plan for what we are going to. I am now freshman studying English linguistic at a university in HCMC. I will do IELTS test in the third year so that it will bring me higher job opportunity. I am now practicing English day by day in order to improve listening and speaking skills. Children only learn grammar and writing technique in the school; however, they don’t have a chance to try their best in authentic environment. I am a volunteer for some international meeting hold in Vietnam; therefore I have friendly environment to develop and discover my potential. Studying from school and book are traditional way, sometimes it doesn’t include much benefit than take part in outdoor activity. Beside, applying for extra job is also my intention. I applied to be a waitress in a coffee store and I am now waiting for the result. When doing this kind of job, one makes friend with a lot of people and keeps in touch with many relationship. It helps them be more confidence, responsible and independent in life. Teacher and school teach student basic knowledge, one must attend the outside world and learn from real experience. I intend to learn teaching method as my dream is becoming an English teacher one future day. I always hope to teach student living in isolated area so as to bring knowledge to all parts of my country. Therefore, I increase my effort to finish academic program as well as acquire social skill. As English and language are necessary in modern society, I always choose to pursue my dream to become a professional English teacher.

Khi làm công việc kiểu này, ta có thể kết bạn với nhiều người và duy trì nhiều mối quan hệ mới. Điều này giúp ta thêm tự tin, trách nhiệm và độc lập trong cuộc sống. Giáo viên và trường học dạy ta những kiến thức cơ bản nên ta phải bước ra thế giới bên ngoài và học từ những trải nghiệm thực tế. Tôi dự định sẽ học những phương pháp giảng dạy bởi vì ước mơ của tôi là trở thành giáo viên tiếng anh một ngày trong tương lai. Tôi luôn mong được dạy cho trẻ em vùng sâu vùng xa để mang kiến thức tới mọi miền đất nước. Bởi thế, tôi nỗ lực hết mình để hoàn thành chương trình học cũng như tiếp thu kĩ năng xã hội. It's true that there are a wide range of traffic problems in Vietnam. I think the main reason of these problems is that people's sense of road safety is not good. Firstly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams, especially in the rush hour when people go out or get home. Secondly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people are injured or lose their lives . Will reduce the population if it keeps going on.Another problem is that the road in our big cities are narrow and bumpy. They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. In order to go on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. i hope traffic in Vietnam will get better in the future
