This summer, I will visit Ha long Bay with my family .It is a beautiful and interesting place . In here, I can swim or visit some pagoda.It's great. I can go shopping or play games at the amusement park too . I think you should come here oneday because you can take a boat to the island many different shapes anymore. It is really fun!

Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year.And,in this summer holiday,I will go to Vung Tau– the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam with my family.We will stay there for 2 days at a small hotel. First day, we will get up early to see the sunrise on the beach. Then we swim and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoy delicious seafood and drink fresh coconuts.The next day, it will take us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it is really worth the try!The lighthouse is beautiful and it is a really interesting site.I hope the weather during the time we stay will really good.. We will take many photographs to save our memorable vacation and buy a lot of souvenirs, too.

I love sports . I play sports at school and at home . I often go cycling with my friends at the weekend , I sometimes go swiming with my bother when the weather is warm . But my favourite sport is badminton . It is an individual sport or a team sport . It may last about 1:30 hours . There are two or four players . It must need some equipment such as rackets , shuttlecock and net . I pratise playing badminton at the school club three times a week . At home when I have free time I often play badminton with my mother . I hope I will be a good badminton player in the future and I hope my dream will come true

Swimming has been my favourite sport since I was very small. I learnt to swim when I was just 5 years old. Swimming is a very popular sport; furthermore, it provides individuals with several physical and mental benefits.
There are some reasons why swimming is popular. Firstly, swimming is a sport for all age groups; besides, it is a lifetime activity. People can learn to swim as young as 4 or 5 years old or as old as 60 or 70. All it takes is the right instruction and desire to get in the pool. Secondly, swimming is cheap. You don't have to spend much money on it. All you need is just a swimsuit that makes you feel comfortable and a goggle that keeps water from your eyes. Even though you have to buy an admission ket, it is not so expensive. Anyone can afford to go to swim. Finally, swimming is one of the most popular sports in the world.Besides its popularity, swimming is a good activity that provides individuals with several physical benefits. First of all, swimming is a movement through water using one's legs and arms that provides an all body workout. As all of your muscles are used during swimming, it is an excellent form of exercise. Moreover, swimming can also be very beneficial to your heart and lungs. After a few laps, swimming can Giúp you cool-down, move blood through your muscles to Giúp them recover. Swimming builds up muscle strength , so your body is kept in perfect shape.In addition to its physical benefits, swimming is also an effective way to relax. Swim with a very low effort, let your mind wander, focus on nothing but the rhythm of your stroke. This form of meditation can Giúp you gain a feeling of well-being. Furthermore, swimming is a wonderful recreational activity for you and your family. Spending hours at the pool on hot summer days is always my favourite pastime.In conclusion, swimming is not only popular, but it is also one of the best all body workout a person can do. Besides its physical benefits, swimming is also a great recreational sport giving you peace of mind to continue with your day. Swimming has numerous advantages over other exercises and if done consistently will keep you in shape for the long period of time.

There are several heritage and splendid sights in Vietnam. Especially, Da Nang is one of the most popular place for both Vietnamese and foreign tourist. Da Nang includes sea, Son Tra island, mountain and beautiful landscape. There are a lot of interesting places such as: Asia entertainment park, Ba Na hill, Hoi An ancient town, My Khe beach, museum of art as well as famous bridges. The city is well known for its fresh atmosphere, friendly people and security. The weather is glorious all the year and it brings this city many delicacies from sea and perfect living condition for people, specifically the elder. Visiting Da Nang, I am really impressed by Ba Na hill containing longest cable car from land to the top of the mountain. It is an unforgettable experience for visitors to observe breathtaking sight and picturesque scene. Beside, the beaches have long golden sand, deep blue sea in addition huge bunches of fresh coconut. Tourist has a chance to relax, enjoy the peace and nature, play aquatic sport. Moreover, the city has many big bridges like: Dragon bridge, Quay bridge and a large outdoor entertainment named Asia park. Additionally, there are a lot of delicious typical dishes such as: Quang noodle, xeo cake, pork pan-cake and others. Da Nang is preserved for its natural beauty; therefore, there is an increasing number of tourists come here. Consequently, it leads to polluted environment, natural damage and other social problem. However, the security of the city is good that there is no street robbery. Hence, Da Nang is voted to be one of the most worth-living cities in Vietnam. In the future, I hope Da Nang will develop and become more popular over the world.

Có rất nhiều danh lam và cảnh đẹp ở VN. Đặc biệt, ĐN là một trong những thành phố nổi tiếng đối với người Việt lẫn người nước ngoài. ĐN bao gồm biển, bán đảo Sơn Trà, núi và nhiều cảnh đẹp. Có nhiều nơi thăm quan thú vị như: Công viên giải trí Châu Á, núi Bà Nà, phố cổ Hội An, biển Mỹ Khê, bảo tàn mỹ thuật cũng như các cây cầu nổi tiếng. Thành phố được biết đến với không khí trong lành, con người than thiện và an ninh chặt chẽ. Thời tiết ổn định trong cả năm và nó mang đến cho thành phố rất nhiều đặc sản từ biển và điều kiện sống lý tưởng cho mọi người, đặc biệt là ngừoi già. Du lịch ĐN, tôi thật sự bị thu hút bởi Bà Nà bao gồm cáp treo dài nhất từ đất liền tới đỉnh núi. Đó là trải nghiệm tuyệt vời với du khách để nhìn xuống cảnh ngộp thở và cảnh đẹp như tranh. Ngoài ra, biển có bãi cát vàng, nước trong xanh và những hang dừa lớn. Khách du lịch có cơ hội để giải lao, tận hưởng sự yên bình và thiện nhiên, chơi trò chơi dưới nước. Hơn nữa, Thành phố này còn có những cây cầu lớn như: cầu Rồng, cầu Quay và một khu vui chơi giải trí lớn. Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều món ngon như mì quảng, bánh xèo, bánh tráng thịt heo và nhiều món ngon khác. Đà Nẵng được biết đến với vẻ đẹp tự nhiên, thế nên ngày càng nhiều khách du lịch đến đây thăm quan. Điều này dẫn tới ô nhiễm môi trường, huỷ hại tự nhiên và các vấn đề xã hội khác. Tuy nhiên, an ninh của thành phố rất tốt mà không có một vụ trộm cắp nào. Bởi thế Đà Nẵng được bình chọn là một trong những thành phố đáng sống nhất VN. Trong tương lai, tôi mong Đà Nẵng sẽ phát triển và trở nên nổi tiếng toàn thế giới.

This is my neighbourhood. It is in countryside. My countryside is in Doan Ket village, Thanh Mien distric, Hai Duong province. I like it here because it is peaceful, convinient, fine weather and homely. It is great for outdoor activies. There is almost everything I need here shops, market and restaurants. My countryside is cleaner than the city. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. So the food, there are always fresh and tasty. The people here is very kind an friendly. The weather is pleasant, it is not too hot or too cold. The streets is wide but ho traffic light. shop here is cheaper than shop city. I love my countryside.

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.
Nha trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Viet nam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs, the soft sigh of the sea breeze, clean white sands and turquoise waters, it all makes for a stunning landscape. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach - a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands, that is Hon Tre where is the largest of the islands.
Nha Trang is the city in hamoney, its fine wather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a certain balance. Nha Trang is a great holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.
