The definition of air pollution is one such form that refers to the contamination of the air, irrespective of indoors or outside. A physical, biological or chemical alteration to the air in the atmosphere can be termed as pollution. There are some main reasons which cause air contamination such as burning of fossil fuels, agricultural activities, exhaust from factories and industries, mining operations, and indoor air pollution. Air pollution always has bad effects on our life. Harmful gases, dust, and smoke enter into the atmosphere and make it difficult for plants, animals and humans to survive. We also can see some examples of the result of air contamination which occurs around us as global warming, acid rain, and depletion of ozone layer. Air pollution is the first kind. It mostly comes from fumes released from motorbikes, cars, airplanes, trains and posonous gases emitted from factories. Also, waste is dumped anywhere, even in the city where many people are living. The second pollution problem is sea pollution. Many people earn their living from fishing in the sea, and the fish they catch feed many people. But the sea has become so polluted from oil spills and factory wastes that the fish are dying. This pollution is not only killing the fish, but is also affecting those people who eat fish.
Seldom do you find a place nowadays that is not polluted. This problem is growing more difficult every day. We must find a good solution that makes the world a better place to live.

The first problem is the loss of safety in traffic. The reason is the consciousness of the driver is poor. On the street, there are people who are not old enough to participate in traffic, participants do not wear helmets and More seriously, they drive very fast and many of them have an alcohol content in excess of the provisions of the law.
The second problem is corruption in the police traffic. In some cases, they stand on the way to penalize the driver while she or he doesn’t break the law. And finally, the driver must pay a fine or bribe the traffic police to be freed.
I think we need find and prevent corruption of the traffic police, to warn of the dangers when people take the traffic.

There are many environmental issues facing Vietnam. In your opinion, what are the causes and effects of the biggest environmental issue that Vietnam must confront?
Vietnam has been a developing country that has had a high speed of economic growth because of industrialization. The development brings many benefits for Vietnamese society, but it also causes some serious environmental problems.
Specifically, to perform the industrialization, there have been more businesses, factories and industrial areas being created, and the activities of these businesses contribute to significant pollution of air, land and water. In a sustained effort to change the domestic economic structure and develop the economy, the Vietnamese government has encouraged improvement of industry. This means the activities of factories and industrial areas have increased at a high level.
As a result, there are more and more fossil fuels being burned and a large amount of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitrogen put into the air, land and water. This causes the serious pollution of the air, land and water in Vietnam's environment. For example, there are many polluted rivers in Vietnam with black water and a terrible smell, and the Saigon River is a significant example. Furthermore, there are many places that do not have fresh water to drink and use for basic demands because of the pollution of water sources that result from the industrial waste of many factories.
In my opinion, the best solution for this problem is improving the environmental awareness of people by a suitable education program that can educate people about the importance and essential role of the environment. In addition, the government should have more heavy penalties for any action that does not follow the law and harms nature. If there is effective cooperation between people and organizations, the environment will get better in the near future.
