#Mấy bạn tham khảo :D

_''allow'' đi với V-ing là khi không có túc từ (Object)

Ex : They allow parking here .

Nhưng với câu ''You are not allowed fishing in the stream in the national park.''

Rõ ràng đây là câu với object ''you'' ở câu dạng chủ động được đưa lên làm chủ ngữ ở câu bị động => Dùng allowed + to V (Đó có lẽ là lí do ở câu bị động thường dùng cụm này)

Nên sửa fishing => to fish (như bạn Nguyễn Thị Thu Hòa ở trên)
