$A=1-\frac{1}{2019}+1-\frac{1}{2020}+1-\frac{1}{2021}+1+\frac{3}{2018}$

$=4+(\frac{1}{2018}-\frac{1}{2019}+\frac{1}{2018}-\frac{1}{2020}+\frac{1}{2018}-\frac{1}{2021})$

$> 4+0+0+0+0=4$
