‘whom’ và ‘who’ đều là 2 Đại từ quan hệ thay thế cho danh từ chỉ người trong Mệnh đề quan hệ, nhưng ‘whom’ đóng chức năng làm tân ngữ và ‘who’ đóng chức năng làm chủ ngữ. Ở đây ta thấy có động từ ‘enjoy’ nên cần 1 Đại từ quan hệ đóng chức năng làm chủ ngữ .
