There are give grammar mistakes in this passage, can youbfind and correct them?

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing because I am -> was at the beach with some friend -> friends last weekend and the amount of rubbish where -> which we found there was unbelievable.

I think there are possibly two reason -> reasons for this. Finally -> Firstly, people aren't responsible enough and they threw -> throw their rubbish away anywhere. Perhaps we need a few sign -> signs and people who patrol the beach, so I think we need more. Secondly, nobody clean -> cleans the beach. I think this is terribly -> terrible in a tourist town. We need people to clean the beach and empty the bins every day.

We must definitely to do -> do something about this situation. We must do it right away if we want a cleaner, attractive -> more attractive beach

It's great knowing => to know that you're coming to Viet Nam. What a pity you can only spent => spend one day in Ha Noi.

There are so many interesting places in the city, but I think within one day you should be able visit => to visit three places. The first I suggest is Viet Nam National Museum of History. You like history so it's a must-see place. There's a => an extensive collection of artifacts tracing Vietnam's history. They are arrange => arranged chronologically from primitive life to modern times. The second place is Hoan KiemLake. It's one of the symbol => symbols of Ha Noi. There you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit Ngoc Son Temple. You can also have look => a look at the Old Quarter. Wander around the old streets and some ancient houses explore +. to explore Vietnamese culture.

Conveniently, these places are closed => close to one another, so we can walk around easily.

Last summer Tuan invited me go => to go to his village in Thai Binh Province with his father.

It’s harvest time, so all people there were very busy. The villagers got up very early and go => went to the field to cut rice, load it onto buffalo-drawn carts or tractor and drove it home. Tuan’s father helped his parents on => with the farm work. Tuan and I followed his father to go to the fields. There was so many => much space and I love the vast open space, the fresh air and the feel => feeling of freedom in the countryside. We would run around the fields and shout out loudly without disturbing anybody. I have never saw => seen any interesting place like this. In the afternoon, some of Tuan’s cousins take => took us to the fields to fly kites – It’s was so exciting!

In the next morning , Tuan and I went to the market with his grandmother. There were many interesting thing => things there. Locals seld => sold their home –made products and many fresh fruits such as bananas, oranges, apples and they also sold animals such as chickens, geese, ducks, cats, dogs and pigs. I enjoyed the atmosphere there.

The trip to the countryside gave me my first experience of farm work: cutting rice, dry => drying rice, planting vegetables, collecting potatoes. It’s really unforgettable!
