a. $5x^2-10xy=5x(x-2y)$

b. $3x(x-y)-6(x-y)=(x-y)(3x-6)=3(x-y)(x-2)$
c. $2x(x-y)-4y(y-x)=2x(x-y)+4y(x-y)=(x-y)(2x+4y)=2(x-y)(x+2y)$

d. $9x^2-9y^2=9(x^2-y^2)=9(x-y)(x+y)$

e. $x^2-xy-x+y=(x^2-xy)-(x-y)=x(x-y)-(x-y)=(x-y)(x-1)$
