My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.

Tôi và các bạn có rất nhiều nơi để đi trong thời gian rảnh như phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ, công viên Tao Đàn, công viên nước Đầm Sen, khu giải trí Suối Tiên, và nhiều nơi khách mà khách du lịch thường ghé tham quan. Bên cạnh phong cảnh, có thể nói Sài Gòn là một trong những thiên đường ăn uống mà mọi người không nên bỏ lỡ khi đến Việt Nam. Ở đây chúng ta có thể tìm thấy hầu hết mọi loại ẩm thực Việt Nam, và chúng ta có thể thưởng thức những món ăn đặc trưng trên các nhà hàng nổi trên sông Sài Gòn. Tôi yêu nơi này rất nhiều, bởi vì cả con người và thành phố rất tốt với tôi và những người muốn đến đây.

Because my neighborhood is in the city, so there are a lot of towers and modern buildings. Besides that, there are many schools for education. People lives in my nerghborhood are very kind and friendly.They are willing to ofter mutural help in anycase.I love my nerghborhood very much because i am bear and have grown up there and spend my happy.

We all live in a society and are all bound to a neighborhood. Neighborhood is very important and it does definitely have an impact on what we are and how and where we live in. Unless we are happy in living in a good neighborhood, we could not get to live peacefully.
I too live in a great and wonderful neighborhood. It is very pleasant and has lot many facilities. With a good park nearby, making it the main attraction, our neighborhood also has many other added bonuses.
The grocery store is nearby which makes it easy for all residents to make an immediate purchase, we have a bus stop close by, so that people do not have to travel long for means of transportation.
The park is what makes it a lot more beautiful as it is well maintained and makes it a gathering place for all my neighbors in the evening for chit chatting and playing for kids. There is good air and we enjoy the evenings while we are at this park.
But, every neighborhood, among the good people that make it lively and great, there would some odd ones out that would spoil the entire fun. Some people in our neighborhood are very careless and untidy. They would just litter places and throw their garbage just that outside. This is really troublesome and causes lot of difficulty to the others in the neighborhood. They also behave badly and have been warned several times. Such people spoil the fun and unity in a society and make it a nuisance to everyone surrounding them.
Apart from those kinds of negative people, our neighborhood is peaceful and all others live in harmony.
In case of any kind of emergency to any resident, we all would help each other at the time of need. I have many friends in my neighborhood and we all enjoy playing in the evenings. We have celebrations for every occasions and festivals and this makes it lot more fun and enjoyment for all of us in the neighborhood. I my neighborhood and would to make changes in the negative aspects concerning us in the neighborhood.

I love to imagine.It is quite fun.I don't really like the way my school is now,so I have an idea about my dream school.My dream school will be pretty llarge.It will be just like a town.Here,students will be like sisters or brothers.They will share and help each other.My dream school will also have teachers,but they won't teach us difficult things much.Instead,they will do exercises,have fun with students.My dream school won't use notebooks or books,because ipads and computers will be used much.We can learn more and play in freetime.The playground will have:slides,swings,...like other regular schools.Just a bit odd by having dancing floor,karaoke rooms,...It sound fun,isn't it.I like my dream school,alot.

The school has many classes. Specialized subjects will have their own rooms. The school will have vending machines. My school will have a gym room. The Vietnamese people celebrate the New Year ( Tet) on the first three days of January according to the Lunar calendar.To prepare for Tet,these days,they often paint their houses.They buy a lot of fresh fruit,flowers and make many delicious dishes.They make sticky rice cakes because they are their traditional cakes.People who work a long distance away try to get home on these days.On the first day of Tet,people often offer these good fruit and food to their ancestors and after that the whole families enjoy the food.They also visit pagodas,temples,their relatives and friends.Children are very happy to get lucky money from the adults.There are a lot of traditional games and contests at Tet such as rice-cooking, fire-making, water-fetching, buffalo-fighting, ect.They are really interesting. People are playing and enjoying themselves very much on this occasion
