We know that our country's traffic problem is very complicated. Often times traffic congestion, car accident. The reason is that the Vietnamese people do not have awareness when participating in traffic. often occupy the roadway, road traffic.all of the causes that often lead to car accidents when in traffic, traffic congestion, .... the way to avoid the above is when participating In traffic we should wear helmets, we must not go in the opposite direction, not occupy the roadway, do not dodge road traffic, do not ride too fast. The above things will limit the Vietnamese people from traffic accidents. We hope that the Vietnamese people are always conscious to reduce the rate of traffic accidents in our country.

We humans do not keep and protect traffic safety, so there are many problems: fatal accident, serious injury, …. and more than that, death on the spot. Those wounded people just for a minute missed, but now can not walk, even no longer in this world. To overcome this situation, we should raise the issue of traffic safety more. Ở Việt Nam, mỗi ngày có gần 30 người bị tai nạn giao thông cướp đi mạng sống cùng với hàng trăm người bị thương tật suốt đời. Điều đó đồng nghĩa với mỗi ngày có hàng trăm gia đình Việt Nam gánh chịu sự mất mát khủng khiếp. Đây là điều không thể chấp nhận được với một đất nước đang sống trong hòa bình. Thiệt hại to lớn về nhân mạng là không gì bù đắp được. Những đau thương, mất mát mà gia đình nạn nhân phải gánh chịu là rất lớn. Những di chứng mà mỗi tai nạn giao thông để lại luôn kéo dài và không thể lường hết được, khiến xã hội cũng bị tổn thương nghiêm trọng. Thêm vào đó, gia đình nạn nhân và ngân sách quốc gia phải chịu thêm gánh nặng hàng ngàn tỷ đồng để khắc phục hậu quả của tai nạn giao thông hàng năm. Điều đó đe dọa nghiêm trọng đến những thành quả của tăng trường kinh tế, đồng thời làm tổn thương đến hình ảnh một đất nước an toàn trong mắt bạn bè, đối tác. Đã đến lúc mỗi người Việt Nam cần phải nhận thức sâu sắc về tác hại khôn lường của tai họa này đến toàn bộ tiến trình vươn lên của dân tộc, đến sự phát triển lành mạnh của giống nòi. Đã đến lúc cần phải dũng cảm và chân thành nhìn thẳng vào sự thật là trong mỗi tai nạn giao thông, có cả lỗi và trách nhiệm của từng cá nhân, của cả cộng đồng và Nhà nước. Bằng nhiều hành động mạnh mẽ, thông qua các chính sách quốc gia và những cam kết xã hội, chúng ta đang làm mọi cách để giảm thiểu số vụ tai nạn giao thông - kèm theo đó là giảm thiểu số người chết và bị thương. Nhưng chúng ta vẫn có thể và cần phải làm nhiều hơn nữa. Nhà nước, các tổ chức xã hội, các đoàn thể cho đến từng cá nhân, đều phải chung tay hành động và hành động một cách quyết liệt. Hoạt động tưởng niệm các nạn nhân mà chúng ta cùng thế giới tổ chức là một sự kiện đặc biệt, là dịp để mọi người bày tỏ niềm thương xót với những người xấu số khi tham gia giao thông; bày tỏ sự chia sẻ mất mát, chia sẻ gánh nặng với người thân của họ. Lễ tưởng niệm cũng là một cơ hội nhắc nhở chính mình, người thân, bạn bè, các thành viên trong cộng đồng ... về tầm quan trọng của việc phải chủ động góp phần tạo ra một môi trường giao thông an toàn cho mình và cho cộng đồng. Mỗi người hãy nghiêm chỉnh chấp hành luật giao thông, tự giác nhường nhịn, giúp đỡ nhau khi tham gia giao thông. Mỗi gia đình, nhà trường cần phải giáo dục con em của chúng ta từ khi còn bé về ý thức trách nhiệm với bản thân và cộng đồng khi tham gia giao thông. Hãy vi niềm thương xót những người đã mất mà hành động cho sự an toàn của những người đang sống! Ủy ban An toàn giao thông Quốc gia kêu gọi mỗi người dân Việt Nam, vì sự phát triển của đất nước, vì sự an toàn của bản thân, vì tương lai của con cháu mình, hãy làm tất cả những gì có thể để giao thông ở đất nước chúng ta ngày càng phát triển theo hướng văn minh, an toàn hơn. :))

- Không dàn hàng ngang khi đi xe trên đường
- Không đi bộ dưới lòng đường
- Đi bộ đúng phần đường quy đinh (đi trên vỉa hè hoặc lề đường bên phải)

Environmental pollution has become a controversial issue that puts severe pressure on our rhythm of life. The pollution on Earth has reached such an alarming level that immediate involvement from governments and individuals collaboration now are of great importance. First and foremost, industrial activities are considered to be the main cause for air pollution. Along with the global industrialization, the burning of fossil fuels, motor vehicles and factories are contaminating the air by their emission of harmful fumes. In the second place, pervasive deforestation for land use, overuse of fertilizers and the dumping pollutants such as plas or non- biodegradable packing in the ground has affected the ecosystem and led to soil pollution. This puts bad long- term effects on vegetation and soil fertility. Serious attempt to relieve the effects of pollution and preserve the environment need to be made as soon as possible. Governments can monitor the exhaust purification process of large factories so that they can prevent dangerous exhaust from the environment. Moreover, stricter regulations and laws against forests exploitation can help preserve pristine environment. Individuals should be responsible and raise awareness for the protection of environment. In conclusion, pollution has increasingly become a threat to the globe, directly affects our life and for the sake of environment and all citizens around the world, we should work hand in hand to protect our friendly house- the earth.

In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.
With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chao. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.
In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on
motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.
In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Bất cứ khi nào những con đường được sửa chữa, giao thông còn nguy hiểm hơn với những công trình đang dang dở. Mọi người vẫn đi lại trên những con đường đang sửa chữa, và những con đường này thì rất nhiều và hẹp hơn. Chúng tôi cũng có thể xây dựng cácđường hầm nhưng nó rất là tốn kém. Việt Nam phải vay tiền từ các nước khác và không ai biết khi nào chính phủ có thể trả lại tiền. Như bạn đã biết, Hà Nội là một nước nhiệt đới gió mùa, nó có rất nhiều mưa mỗi năm. Trong mùa mưa, những con đường đang bị ngập lụt bởi vì tất cả các ống dẫn chất thải đang bị mắc kẹt bởi rác và trở nên rất bẩn.
Ngoài ra, tình hình của người Hà Nội nói chung là nghèo. Các con đường trong thành phố đều đông nghẹt với rất nhiều loạixe như xe máy, xe đạp, taxi, xe buýt, xe xích lô và người đi bộ bởi vì người dân không tuân theo các qui định. Họ thậm chí không tuân theo đèn giao thông hoặc các dấu hiệu. Trẻ em được dạy về luật giao thông trong khi người lớn đang phávỡ nó. Bây giờ, chính phủ đưa ra nhiều luật lệ nghiêm ngặt mới để cải thiện tình hình hiện tại. Công an luôn tích cực hơnso với trước đây. Mọi người đi xe máy đội mũ bảo hiểm một cách tự nhiên mà không có bất kỳ sự ép buộc nào. Các giao thông đang tốt hơn và tốt hơn từng ngày.
Kết luận, với nhiều biện pháp nghiệp vụ, giao thông tại Hà Nội sẽ trở nên tốt hơn vào một ngày nào đó. Tình trạng nghèo nàn ở Hà Nội là vấn đề có thể giải quyết bởi sự phát triển của nền kinh tế.

We can also use it to tour the sky. It is the perfect combination between cars and planes. It has a drawback as it is very expensive so not many people use it. If I have a lot of money in the future, I'll buy one to take my family to the sky and more places in the world.

-- Nạn tắc đường trầm trọng ở các thành phố lớn.
-- Nhiều người sử dung đồ có cồn và chất cấm khi trong tham gia giao thông.
-- Không chấp hành luật, nguyên tắc.
* Nguyên nhân gây tai nạn giao thông có con người chiếm 70%, phương tiện và cơ sở hạ tầng chiếm 30%.:
-- Do con người ( cả học sinh) thiếu kiến thức, kĩ năng, ý thức khi tham gia giao thông.
-- Không hiểu biết về luật giao thông đường bộ.
-- Không nghiêm chỉnh chấp hành các nguyên tắc an toàn giao thông đường bộ.
* Hậu qua
-- Tai nạn giao thông với số người chết, bị thương rất cao.
-- Gây ra nhiều thiệt hại về vật chất lẫn tinh thần.
* Để hạn chế tai nạn giao thông, người đi đường cần:
--Tuân thủ theo luật đường bộ.
-- Đội mũ bảo hiểm khi tham gia giao thông.
-- Không sử dụng chất kích thích, đồ có cồn.
