Hi, i'm minh. I'm 12 years old and i live in Son La city. I am a student at Chu Van An secondery school. My favourite subject is English. I it because it's a interesting subject. My hobby is watching TV. I usually watch TV beacause there are many show and cartoon to watch. My favourite TV program is cartoon network. It's a famous TV program. I watch Tom and Jerry. It's talks about a cat and a mouse. The cat name is tom and the mouse name is jerry. Tom usually wants to catch jerry but he is not smater than jerry. Jerry is a intelligent mouse so tom never can catch jerry. tom is stupid but i tom. He is very cute.

Last Summer Holiday I went to Ha Long Bay with my family . We went there by plane . First , we took a boat trip around the island. In the evening , we went for a walk along the seaside . It was a wonderful holiday last summer .

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. As soon as he comes home, he turns on the television to watch the news, relaxes for a while and then he takes a shower. In case my mother doesn’t cook for the dinner yet, my father is very happy to join hand and help her. Talk about my mother, she is a 40-year-old primary school teacher. In every morning, she is the one who wakes up earliest to prepare the breakfast, clothes and necessary things for my father, me and my sister. After we leave home to work or study, my mother will have a quick breakfast and drive to the primary school. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home in the noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulous. In general, my mother is a gentel caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old in the next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard study. On every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule is changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time to my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chorces and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happiness moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems. I understand that there is nothing that is more important than my family. I love my parents and my lovely sister so much.

Bố tôi không về nhà vào buổi trưa nên chỉ có ba mẹ con chúng tôi ăn uống và nói chuyện suốt bữa trưa. Dù vậy, bữa cơm vẫn được chuẩn bị rất chu đáo. Nói chung, mẹ tôi là một phụ nữ hiền lành đảm đang và đôi khi rất nghiêm khắc. Tôi có một em gái sẽ tròn 8 tuổi vào tháng 11 tới. Nó rất dễ thương, ngoan ngoãn và chăm chỉ học tập. Vào mỗi dịp cuối tuần tôi hay dẫn em đến công viên giải trí và đi ăn những cây kem tươi ngon. Chúng tôi khá thân thiết nhưng đôi khi nó làm tôi phát cáu bởi vì thói quen cẩu thả của mình. Người cuối cùng trong gia đình tôi chính là tôi. Tôi đang học năm thứ hai ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh tại đại học Hồng Bàng. Lịch học của tôi thường xuyên thay đổi và tôi đang cố để giành được học bổng du học Canada trong năm tới nên tôi không dành nhiều thời gian cho gia đình. Nhưng bất kì khi nào rảnh tôi luôn phụ mẹ công việc nhà và chăm sóc em gái. Trong gia đình tôi mỗi người đều có một trách nhiệm riêng nhưng chúng tôi luôn sát cánh bên nhau để tận hưởng những giây phút hạnh phúc, vượt qua thời gian khó khăn và cùng giải quyết vấn đề. Tôi hiểu rằng không có điều gì quan trọng hơn gia đình. Tôi yêu bố mẹ và cô em gái dễ thương rất nhiều.

have a big family which gives me the biggest love. My parents have three children, and we also live with our grandparents. Both of my parents are out for work to make sure we have a comfortable life. My father works at the office, and my mother works at the bank. They usually leave early in the morning without having breakfast at home, and my grandmother is the one who cooks for me and my siblings. Our grandparents are still young and very healthy; they take care of us pretty well when our parents are busy. I go to school by my own bike, and my grandfather takes care of my two little brothers. My favorite time of the day is dinner time, because the whole family will all gather after a long day. Seven people with seven stories about their days make the atmosphere become very warm and happy. I know my parents work very hard, so I try my best to become a good daughter and sister. I usually help with the chores, cooking, and looking after my little brothers. I love my family a lot, and I will try harder to keep our happiness lasts forever.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. Besides, another woman who I love so much is my sister. Her name is Linh. She is 26 years old, and she is a beautiful woman Mom. Now, she is living in Ha Noi capital, because of her jobs. I really love my family, and I hope that we are always together anyway.

I have been studying English since I was in secondary, and I realized that I had gain a lot of benefits from learning that language. First, English makes me become much more confident in communicating and expressing my opinion. Through pracing in speaking class, I can develop both my communicating and pronouncing skills. Second, English is a good supporting subject for my writing skill. By following the available grammars, I can gradually know how to make more convincing arguments as well as give demonstrating examples. Third, listening skill helps me to have more focus to the details in every conversation. In that way I can collect more valuable information in just a short time. Besides, I can also develop me note-taking skills since it is necessary to have a good note while I am listening to lectures. Last, what I had learnt in reading skill can be applied perfectly in reading any kind of material. By scanning and skimming, I can understand thoroughly the main ideas of each page. In sum up, all of the four skills of English can parularly help me in a lot of aspects. I am happy that I started learning English at a very young age, and I will continue to prace it.

Bên cạnh đó, tôi còn có thể phát triển kĩ năng ghi chú của mình vì việc có một ghi chú tốt trong quá trình nghe giảng là một việc cần thiết. Cuối cùng, những gì tôi học được từ kĩ năng đọc có thể được áp dụng hoàn hảo cho việc đọc bất kì một nguồn tài liệu nào. Bằng cách lướt và quét thông tin, tôi có thể hiểu được toàn bộ những ý chính của mỗi trang. Kết lại rằng tất cả bốn kĩ năng trong tiếng Anh đều có thể giúp tôi một cách cụ thể trong nhiều khía cạnh. Nowadays, English is an international language, and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world. English has become a compulsory subject at most schools, and a lot of people go to foreign language teaching centers to improve their skills. Learning English is not just limited in memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but it is also a process of training and improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill. We should focus on these four elements, because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three. We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar, we can write and read easily. Apart from spending the time to prace, we also need to be creative in learning English. Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps, so we need to be proactive in finding more resources. There are a lot of movies, music and books written in English nowadays, and we can learn a lot from them. In short, learning English is a long process, but it will be easier if we can find the right and effective ways to learn.

English is a popular language in the world and it has become the international language of business, aviation and communication. I want to be a travel guide so I think I have to try my best to learn English well. I learn English in some ways. Firstly, I learn by heart all the new words. Then I do more grammar exercises in grammar books. I also read English as much as possible. I like English newspapers and funny stories. I usually practice listening to English programs on the internet. Finally, I learn to sing English songs. Now,I can sing about 5 songs in English.Learning English is very necessary.
