1. Eat a small handful of raw seeds and/or nuts every day. If you’re going to buy anything from the supermarket to snack on, let it be raw seeds and nuts… do not go for the chips and cookies! 2. Eat fresh fruit two times a day. Vary the color of the fruits: think red, green and orange for example, and alternate between grapes/berries, apples/pears and oranges/mandarins. 3. Many of you eat out most of the time, so it’s important that you order right. As a rule of thumb, always fill half your plate with vegetables, and a quarter each of protein and good carbs. Make sure you choose vegetables in a variety of different colors (green, red, orange, yellow…). 4. Choose good sources of protein, and try to include oily fish such as salmon and tuna two times a week. Avoid red meat as much as possible; keep it to once a week (or less!), and choose very lean cuts. 5. Chew your food well, until it becomes soft and almost liquid. This will help enormously with your digestion, and you will eat less! 6. Be religious about your water intake! It’s your most vital nutrient, so make sure you consume 6-8 glasses of water a day. Cut your coffee and soda intake, and replace it with tea and vegetable juices. At a business lunch, for example, you can order a Virgin Bloody Mary instead of a diet Coke, and tea instead of a coffee. 7. Avoid sugary and rich/fried food, and keep away from the bread and butter basket at restaurants… save the calories for real healthy food!

Đoạn văn :

I was born and grew up on my hometown, which is Thach Thanh, Thanh Hoa district, a midland and rolling hills. Occasionally there are several narrow valleys under the foothills, forming small, beautiful fields. It seems all year round, the season, the season, the end of the potato to corn cassava. So, this strip of soil is always dyed with new colors of peaceful life, changing every day. Through the middle of the field is the provincial road connecting National Highway 1A to Kim Tan town, the center of Thach Thanh district, the bull carts are carrying manure to the fields to fertilize the rice, rolling evenly on the surface of the asphalt. The sun was high, but I still kept my eyes on this "green silk strip". Tomorrow, when the harvest comes, the field will be golden and full of voices, laughter of the farmers who go to harvest rice. Now, the field is dyed a blue, green of hope, will definitely signal a bumper harvest.

Dear Mira,

It's great to know that you're coming to Viet Nam. What a pity you can spend one day in Ha Noi.

There are so many interesting places in the city, but I think within :ne day you should be able to visit three places. The first place I suggest is Viet Nam National Museum of History. You like history, so it's a must-see place. There's an extensive collection of artefacts tracing ret Sam's history. They're arranged chronologically from primitive to modem times. The second place is Hoan Kiem Lake. It's one of the symbols of Ha Noi. There you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit Ngoc Son Temple. You can also have a look at the Old Quarter. Wander around the old streets and some ancient houses to explore Vietnamese culture.Conveniently, these places are close to one another, so we can walk around easily.

Tell me when you're coming, so I can show you around these places.

Look forward to seeing you soon!

Best wishes.

Thảo Nguyên
