- Cây lúa là cây trồng quan trọng nhất thuộc nhóm ngủ cốc .

* Cách trồng lúa :

* Vai trò của cây lúa :
- Ván đề chính của trồng lúa là làm cho hạt lúa , hạt gạo .
- Có nhiều loại gạo : gạo tẻ , gạo nếp ( dùng làm bánh chưng , bánh dày ...)
+ Gạo nếp dùng để làm bánh chưng , bánh dày hay đồ các loại xôi .
+ Lúa nếp non dùng để làm cốm .
- Lúa gạo làm đk rất nhiều các loại bánh như : bánh đa , bánh đúc , bánh giò , bánh tẻ ... Nếu ko có cây lúc thì rất khó khăn trong vc tạo nên nền vhoa ẩm thực độc đáo của VN .
* Tác dụng :
- Ngày nay , nc ta đã lai tạo đk hơn 30 giống lúa đk công nhận giống lúa quốc gia .
- VN từ 1 nc đói nghèo đã trở thành 1 nc đứng thứ 2 trên TG sau TL về sản xuất lúa gạo .
- Cây lúa đã đi vào thơ ca , nhạc họa và đời sống tâm hồn người VN .

Take it easy, friend.
Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.
