My favorite food is phở, a Vietnamese noodle soup. Bursting with rich flavors, phở combines aromatic broth, tender rice noodles, and savory herbs. Whether it's beef or chicken, the hearty broth warms my soul. The garnishes of lime, bean sprouts, and basil add a fresh kick. Phở is not just a meal; it's a comforting, flavorful experience that always leaves me satisfied.
I like a modern city life, where I can expand everything in the future. However, everything has both good sides and bad ones. City is a place where life has always become modern and freedom. In there, there are many up-to-date houses and streets are often crowded. We can go shopping and buy everything what we need. If we are sick, we can go to the best hospital or find to the own doctors. Moreover, we can receive education in schools, colleges and universities. There are many entertainments such as parks, museums and so on. Additionally, people in the city approach much informations from social media, adverting. On the other hand, city life is very fast and busy. Everybody always try their best for a better life, a better luck and a better opportunity. Although the city has modern vehicles, it make air pollution. It is a significant contributor to the degration of life quality. I think we should have many solutions to take to tackle these important problems.

In the modern life, there is an increase in the people leave the countryside and migrate to the city. The objective reason is that in the city, it brings them comfortable life and favorite job. Subjective causes are due to the following disadvantages rural areas bring about push residents away. To begin with, there is no denial that rural infrastructure is not modern and advanced. Roads are quite narrow and degraded. Schools, hospitals are not cared much and remodeled. Especially the quality teachers and doctors here are just little so the inhabitants have less opportunity to develop in all way than in the urban area. Last but not least, the biggest disadvantage in rural areas is that job opportunities are so race. The main job is craft, farming, which bring a relatively small income. With that salary, we can only live through the day, not afford for services, shopping, entertainment… In conclusion, besides the positive aspects, life in the countryside is very much. disadvantage. We all need to consider carefully before choosing where to live.
Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

Tet is one of the most impotant festivals in Viet Nam. This festival occurs in late January or early February. Tet is a time for family gathering .Some weeks before Tet, people often make a lot of prepairations and decorate their house , buy new clothes for each member in their family. At Tet, people often visit their relatives, gather with their family and eat some traditional food ,..ect... During Tet holiday, everyone feels happy and warm with their family. There is a unique festival of Dao ethnic group you must see – the “Dancing over fire” festival. This festival takes place every year to pray for good weather, harvests, bringing warmth to the people, dispel the cold mountainous weather. The chosen ones are strong healthy guys. The shaman will do some mysterious rituals, praying the Gods give the chosen men strength. After the shaman finish the first rituals, the men have shivers, signaling they are about to receive the strength and courage to jump and dance on the embers in front of people.
