1, Firstly, playing sports can give you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To illustrate, you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart attack or high blood pressure.

In other words, it increases your resistance to illness. In leisure time, you can play sports with your friends or your relatives, this not only helps you but also motivates everyone around you to take part in sports and have good health.

Furthermore, there are some sports which you can play easily such as table tennis, tennis or football and after that, you feel completely relaxed or even free from your stress.

Moreover, you also need to allow and encourage children to play sports, especially some outside activities such as football, basketball or volleyball to decrease the time that your children spend sitting in front of computers or watching television.

These sports can help them have endurance, quickness and even teach them how to improve team spirit and work in groups. These sports also teach them how to communicate with their teammates, and show them how active and creative they are.

Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I like swimming the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think playing in the water could bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after swimming for about half an hour. Secondly, swimming is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, swimming is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to swim well, it could be dangerous if there is a flood, or simply if we want to play near bodies of water. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion, swimming will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.

Nowadays, the environment of our school is getting more and more polluted, so I think we should take action to protect them. Firstly, we don't throw rubbish inside or outside classrooms. It is easy to put our wastes in dustbin instead of throwing away. Secondly, we shouldn't write or draw anything on desks or walls. I suppose that this action is not good because we are destroying the school property. Futhermore, the classrooms should be cleaned every day by not eating or making too many litters at school. Finally, we should water trees and plants at school regularly. Moreover. planting more trees help us to respiratory benefit and limit air pollution. In conclusion, these ways bring us manu benefit because it isn't only protect environment of school but only make us to become more healthy.

many people in my school lead a healthy life depends on living enviroment.Enviroment means all that surrounds us include water dirt tree,...

but the present situtation of global enviroment is pollution in my school. many students litter our the school and they have no sense of enviromental protection.And these problems have made the school worse.So that we do to protect the enviroment?we can should have all students plant trees around the yard,do not litter indiscriminately,put the rubbish in the right place. and clean up rubbish at school.We have to do this because the enviroment is very important to everyone.

What if there was something you could do that makes you smarter, benefits health, reduces stress and helps brain development. Making music does that and more. (It is also a potential career). The no child left behind act states art as a core classes yet it is not being offered to everyone. The benefits of music should be better understood and classes should be added to school programs not cut.

Music education helps kids succeed in school. Almost 100% of the winners of the Siemens Westinghouse competition in math, science and technology (for high school students) play one or more musical instruments (the benefits of music study). Schools with music programs have higher graduation rates than those who don’t: 90.2% compared to72.9 % (why music education). Students in high end music programs score 22% higher in English and 20% higher in math than those in poor programs (Focus on students: study links music making and music education with improved academic performance). Kids in music based lessons got 100% higher on fractions tests. Former president of the Music Educators National Conference said, “Music enhances knowledge in the areas of mathematics, science, geography, history, foreign language, physical education and vocational learning”. More students in music are accepted into college. Students in music score higher on verbal and math SATs than others. Music majors are the most likely group to be accepted into medical school at 66%.

Playing an instrument also reduces stress and increases health. Making music reduces stress at the molecular level. The stress process works so that your brain sends a signal that causes a chain reaction in your cells that turns their “stress switch” on. Playing an instrument reverses this process. This prevents chronic stress caused when the “switch” gets stuck on. Making music increases health. It increases the activity of cancer killing white blood cells. Illness is often caused by stress, so less stress, means less illness.
Involvement in music classes helps brain development. In one study kids took an IQ test. The group was then split. Some were given keyboarding; some singing, some drama and some received no instruction. They then took another IQ test and those who had keyboarding or singing scored much higher on their first test. Those who didn’t have music did not improve. Those involved in music classes process sound better and can stay focused better in classes. They are also able to tune out background noise. As well as using their working memory to better multitask. Learning music makes it easier to learn a new language. They can pick out subtleties better within the language. Understanding the benefits of music is important and classes should be added not cut. Studying music helps kids in math and reading, reduces stress, improves health and increases brain development.
