Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.

We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.

The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.

The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Every day is a good day to go to school. In addition to the lessons that bring useful knowledge, the best time is recess. When the drums sounded, we were all happy to have a break. When it was time to play, everyone had a good conversation with each other. Some students will clear the board in preparation for the next class. The girls invited each other to play rope skipping. At twenty-five past nine, the bell rings and all the students do into the yard. It is time for recess. They are all happy and excited. They meet their friends and have some fun. Many are talking about the last class, or last night's movie. Som are eating and drinking as well as chatting. Some students are playing gameslike blindman's bluff or catch. Some boys are playing marbles and some girls are skipping rope. But the most popular activity is talking. The yard is very noisy until the bell rings. Then everyone goes indoors and classes begin again.

My school atmosphere is very pleasant and school environment is very clean and attractive. My school building is located in the centre of the play ground. On one side of the school there is a big garden having small pond. There are many colourful fish and other water animals in this pond. My school is four storey building having classes for nursery to 12th class students.My school has one big library, principal office, head office, clerk office, one science laboratory, one computer lab, one common study room, one big lobby, teacher common room, one big sports ground, separate hostel for girls and boys in the school campus. My school has highly qualified and experienced teachers who teach us in very effective and creative manner. My school has around one thousand students who always rank higher in the competitions held outside the school or inside the school. We all go to school in the proper uniform. We have two types of the uniform, one common uniform and other house uniform.My school timing starts at 7.50 am in the morning and 1.30 pm in the afternoon in the summer season and 8.50 am in the morning and 3.30 pm in the evening in the winter season. We daily go to the library for sometime where we practice reading creative books and newspaper for enhancing our skill and general knowledge.

Last summer, I went to Nha Trang beach with my family , it was such a memorable summer holiday. We went there by car , and when we nearly got there, from the far distance , I could see how wide and beautiful the beach was. The weather was so nice that made me want to run directly to the beach, enjoy the fresh air and clean water. There were a lot of people swimming , sunbathing, playing volleyball on the shore , and some children even built sand castles and flew kites .We stayed at Edele hotel whose service I found very satisfied and I had the chance to eat the sea food there , they were very delicious . I went to Vinpearl Land , Long Sơn pagoda,too .They were very wonderful. I felt very fun and happy because I also met many foreigners ,they were tourists and I had talked to them a lot . We stayed in Nha Trang for a week and the last day , I went to some gift shop near the beach to buy souvenir for my grandparents and my friends . When I came back home , I felt very happy but a little regretted because I wanted to stay there longer. I told my dad I d Nha Trang and I hoped we can go to Nha Trang again one summer

Last summer, I went to Cua lo with my family. We went there by car, it is very far from my house, it is about 400 km, so we were very tired, but at one we felt better when we saw the sea.
Cua lo beach is really interesting, the beach is very large, flat, and it has a lot of sand. Waves are very strong, you will be very excited when you play with it. There are a lot of beauty spots, and good seafood there
We stayed in Binh Minh hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, it’s also rather near the sea.
The weather was hot and sunny all day. The sea was cool and clear, because it was very windy in the afternoon. We went swimming twice a day. My children was excited about it. The food was extremely delicious but not very expensive.
We took a lot of Photograps of the sea, bought a lot of seafood especially octopus and some sea present for our relatives
After a week in Cua lo beach we felt happy and stronger.
We hope to go there again.
