In my opinion, there are several reasons. I spent little time learning English unless there are English examinations. I focused the most time and energy on preparing for passing the English exams.
I had few opportunities to practise speaking English. I can write English but I cannot speaking English well.
I think I should spend more time to study English and try to find oportunities to practise speaking with native speakers to improve my English listening nad speaking skills.
