SAFE CAMPING

Camping in the country is usually great fun, but sometimes things can go wrong. Accidents can happen, so it is essential to think about safety (1).......... before you go and while you are there. Chinese fried rice is not a particularly difficult dish to make. First, wash and cook the rice, setting it aside to cool completely. Boil the diced(đượctháihạtlựu) carrots in boiling water for two minutes, draining well. Boil the shrimp in boiling water, draining well, peeling and dicing.

Next, heat a half-tablespoon of cooking oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add the eggs, stirring quickly until cooked, then set aside.

Reheat the pan and add the remaining oil. Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant and slightly brown. Add in the shrimp, sausages and carrots. Stir-fry for five minutes, and then add the rice, mixing well. Season with salt, sugar, chicken seasoning powder and pepper. Mix in the eggs and continue to fry for another five minutes or until the rice is dry. Mix well for another few minutes until the ingredients are well combined. Sprinkle the spring onions, garnish with coriander and serve with fish sauce and sliced chili.

Bạn ơi câu 2 bài sửa lỗi sai người ta cho 1 trong 4 từ này là sai :

Với lại bài IV là "Do NOT change the given words in any ways", câu thứ nhất bắt buộc phải có từ "shake" chứ không được chuyển thành "shaking" đâu ạ
