Invisible Streets Virtually every sacred site in the prehistoric world was linked with other locations, both primary and secondary, by a network of radiating straight lines. Few structures were as meticulously constructed or easily discovered in their heyday as the exotic highways of Anasazis in America. Most, all of the Leys of Europe, are invisible - which in a way all (3) are mysterious. In a rare case, like the giant drawing board covering the desert floor in Nazca, Peru, entire sites were devoted to creating miles of straight lines and, (4) not more confusing, very visual. Exactly that (5) to be only appreciated From above. In cultures already (6) there is a wonderful sense of life constantly rolling through all creation - which we disinfect and alienate today by calling it "the environment" - lines straight, tangible or intangible, (7) they are significant. Their role is the greatest mystery in the study of ancient sacred sites. Also, (8) currently only a handful of researchers (9) realize, by far the biggest clue (10) is the meaning and usage of these sites, and it has always been staring.
