Sushi, my favorite culinary delight, is a Japanese dish that has captured my taste buds and heart with its exquisite blend of flavors, textures, and artistry. Comprising vinegared rice, fresh fish, and various ingredients, sushi is a symphony for the palate. The delicate sensation of sashimi, complemented by the crunchiness of tempura, creates a delightful contrast. The vibrant colors and meticulous presentation of sushi plates make each dining experience not only delicious but visually stunning. Soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger add layers of complexity, transforming every bite into a harmonious dance of umami and freshness. Beyond its delectable taste, sushi embodies cultural richness, reflecting Japan's dedication to precision, craftsmanship, and the beauty of simplicity.

What captivates me most about sushi is the artistry behind it. From traditional nigiri to inventive rolls, each piece is a testament to the meticulous craft of Japanese cuisine. The culinary journey extends beyond the plate, delving into the cultural depths of Japan. Sushi serves as a symbol of the country's commitment to excellence, encapsulating the values of discipline and attention to detail. The communal act of sharing a sushi platter with friends enhances the experience, fostering connections and conversations over a shared love for this culinary masterpiece.

Whether indulging in a local sushi bar or attempting to recreate it at home, each encounter with sushi feels like a cultural exploration and a gastronomic adventure. The ritualistic preparation, the artful arrangement of ingredients, and the anticipation before the first bite contribute to the allure of sushi. It's more than a dish; it's a celebration of culinary finesse, cultural appreciation, and shared moments with loved ones.

Sushi has evolved into a global phenomenon, transcending borders and becoming a beloved delicacy worldwide. Its popularity can be attributed not only to its delectable taste but also to its adaptability. Fusion rolls and creative interpretations showcase the versatility of sushi, making it a gastronomic canvas for chefs and enthusiasts alike.

Whether savoring the simplicity of classic nigiri or exploring avant-garde creations, each sushi experience unveils new dimensions of flavor and craftsmanship. The journey through a sushi meal is like a passage through time and tradition, connecting me to the roots of Japanese culinary heritage.

In conclusion, sushi isn't just a favorite food—it's a cultural journey, an artful expression, and a source of joy that transcends the realm of dining. With each roll and every bite, sushi has woven itself into the fabric of my culinary preferences, leaving an indelible mark on my palate and my appreciation for the rich tapestry of Japanese cuisine.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world

Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

My favorite genre in music is country music, because the singer’s express their feeling’s. Country music is different because the entire singer’s relate to their child hood. They also relate to their family member’s. They also relate to Iraq and how family member’s react when they’ve been told that their love one’s aren’t coming back home. They express their love life’s and make you think about “falling in love” at such a young age. They make you realize that life can be to short so why waste it on being tied down to just one person.

There are many kinds of music in the word but my favourite is country music. First, this type
of music is traditional and very popular in Vietnam. People can listen to it on radio, TV, CDs or on
the Internet. Second, country music helps me relax. For example, when I feel stressed or tired, I
always listen to my favourite songs. It makes me feel more comfortable. Third, country music can
connect people together. In a party, especially in the countryside, people often get together and sing
a popular song of this type. Generally, I think more and more people will like listening to country
music in the future.

Generally, people in Malaysia drink water to meet their thirst and sometimes they take some soft drinks as well like Kickapoo, Fruit Tree, Ice Mountain, and Freedom Cola etc. But I prefer to have chocolate milk as my soft drink.

People drink soft drinks most of the cases when they are out of their home and need to meet their thirst for water. But interestingly, instead of water, they prefer the soft drink. But I do not take such soft drinks as those are made with different chemicals which are highly detrimental to the human health. Most of the soft drinks are filled with gases and some chemicals which are mostly used to prepare insecticides and other chemical substances. It has been found that the elements used in the soft drinks and the substances used for toilet cleaner are almost the same. Once I used to take the soft drinks when I went for outing with my buddies but as I came to know about the harmful impacts of the soft drinks, I started avoiding them. Instead, I have made chocolate milk as my personalised soft drink. It is healthy and also keeps me strong.

Making chocolate milk at home is a bit troublesome and thus I have to buy it from stores. There are different brands of chocolate milk which are available in Malaysia and all of them are prepared with necessary precautions. But often my mum makes chocolate milk for me but the taste becomes different. She adds sugar with milk, adds some liquid chocolates with the blend of sugar and milk and then she adds some cocoa powder. She blends all the ingredients into a blender. But I think she makes a mistake here and thus the taste is a bit different from those I buy from the stores. Usually, chocolate milk preparation needs sugar powder but my mum uses the sugar without making it powder. So, often I have to grind the sugar with my teeth when I drink the homemade chocolate milk.

Drinks are popular among the Malaysian but since this is a Muslim country, hard drinks are banned here, though one can manage those with investing some efforts. But a majority of the people here do not drink the hard drinks rather they prefer the soft drinks. In fact, people of all ages take soft drinks which are mentioned above but very few of them take chocolate milk. They believe that chocolate milk is only for children as it tastes like chocolate. But they have a completely wrong idea. In fact, chocolate milk is filled with protein and minerals necessary for the human body. Milk is enriched with all the necessary elements that form the human body while chocolate also has some food value than the chemicals used to prepare the soft drinks. Besides, the chocolate milk is tastier than the other drinks I have tasted so far. Unfortunately, most of the people are unable to understand the benefits of chocolate drinks and thus the number of people drinking chocolate milk is fewer.

I prefer chocolate milk for numerous reasons. The first and most important thing is that chocolate milk is a kind of fluid that helps to serve protein in the body which is helpful for muscle repair. When someone works for long, a glass of chocolate milk is able to replenish the damages caused by the physical labour. It restores energy on a human body and preparation process is also less complex than the other drinks, especially soft drinks. Chocolate milk is available everywhere and the taste of the drink is delicious. Milk is considered a recovery option for people of every age but there are some people who do not prefer to have milk and chocolate milk is a potential drink for them. They will drink it for its exceptional taste and thus their deficiencies will be refilled shortly. In fact, chocolate milk is highly important for preserving a good health. Thereby, chocolate milk is my favourite drink.

My favourite food is fried rice with vegetable and chicken curry with salad. This is in fact the most popular menu in our country. The rice is first boiled in water and then the boiled rice is fried with some chicken and vegetables and oil. The chicken curry is prepared separately using some spices and chicken and finally the salad is prepared using different vegetables and fruits and then those are cup into pieces and mixed together with mustard. Then these three items are served together.
I eat this menu approximately 3-4 times in a week. This menu is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant. There are some variations in the way this food is prepared and the ingredients using which this food is made. Different restaurants have their own specialty in preparing and serving this menu.
This is my favourite food for many reasons: firstly it is very delicious and healthy. This menu meets the demand for different food values our body needs. It is available in most of the part in our country. Thirdly, I like it as it offers the variations of tastes. Moreover, it is not that much expensive to prepare and does not require o much effort to prepare. For all these reasons it is my favourite food.

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

Healthy eating starts with learning new ways to eat, such as adding more fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and cutting back on foods that have a lot of fat, salt, and sugar.

A change to healthier eating also includes learning about balance, variety, and moderation.
