Student A: Hi! It's been ages since we last saw each other. What have you been up to?

Student B: Hey, I've actually just come back from an adventure holiday in Vietnam. It was incredible! Have you been doing anything special?

Student A: Wow, that sounds amazing! I wish I could go on a holiday like that. Unfortunately, I've been studying all week for my exams next week, so I haven't done anything too exciting.

Student B: Ah, I see. Good luck with your exams though! I'm sure you'll do great.

Student A: Thanks! I'm just feeling a bit stressed out at the moment.

Student B: I can imagine. But once your exams are over, you should definitely plan a trip somewhere. Vietnam is definitely worth considering!

Student A: Definitely! It was good to see you again and hear about your holiday.

Student B: Likewise! Let's catch up properly soon.

Student A: Hi, there. Would you mind helping me with a survey?

Student B: What's it about?

Student A: It’s about giving unwanted food to the homeless. I believe our school could donate its leftover food to homeless people instead of throwing it away and I want the school to make it necessary.

Student B: But how can we make this happen? Do you have any ideas on how we can get started?

Student A: We can start by talking to the school administration and cafeteria staff to see if they would be willing to partner with a local organization that works with the homeless.

Student B: But won't this perhaps be too difficult to organise?

Student A: The main reason for it is to reduce food waste and help those in need. And as for safety, we could make sure that the food is still within its expiration date and properly stored. It might need a lot of work, but it’s definitely worth the effort.

Student B: I suppose you're right. I'm willing to help out.

A: Have you ever gone camping?

(Bạn đã từng đi cắm trại chưa?)

B: Actually, I've never done it. I've heard it's a bit boring.

(Thực ra, tôi chưa bao giờ làm điều đó. Tôi đã nghe nó là một có chút nhàm chán.)

A: You've never gone camping? Let's try it at the weekend. We can go camping in the countryside.

(Bạn chưa đi cắm trại bao giờ sao? Hãy thử nó vào cuối tuần. Chúng ta có thể đi cắm trại ở nông thôn.)

B: It doesn't sound much fun to me.  Why not try something different?

(Nó có vẻ không vui lắm đối với tôi. Tại sao chúng ta không thử một thứ gì khác nhỉ?)

A: What do you fancy doing?

(Bạn thích làm gì?)

B: Hm…let me think. There's a great movie recently. It’s a fantasy movie. We can watch it and then we will have dinner together.

(Để tôi nghĩ chút. Có một bộ phim rất hay dạo gần đây. Đó là một bộ phim viễn tưởng. Chúng ta có thể xem nó và sau đó chúng ta sẽ đi ăn tối cùng nhau.)

A: Ok. What do you fancy eating?

(Được rồi. Bạn thích ăn gì?)

B: Can we have noodles and roast beef? I think you'll enjoy it.

(Chúng ta có thể ăn mì và bò nướng không? Tôi nghĩ bạn sẽ thích nó.)

A: That’s great.

(Nó tuyệt đó.)

Minh: That’s a beautiful jacket you’re wearing!

Nam: Really? I think it is a bit long.

Minh: It is supposed to be like that. I have one like that and it’s very comfortable. Hm.. what do you think about that blue one? It looks good on you.

Nam: That’s better. It’s so expensive, though. Why don’t we go to another shop?

Student A: Tell Student B about everything you have to do today: exams, then a football match.

A: Hello B. You've got a busy day ahead. Don't forget you've got an exam this afternoon.

B: Yes, I know. I'll be on time.

A: You also have a football match this evening, remember?

B: I almost forgot. Remind me again when I finish my exam.

Student B: Listen to Student A talking about his / her plans. Remind him / her that there is an end-of-term party after the exams this evening.

A: I've got a busy day ahead. I'm going to go to the football club to try our new uniform and then I have to study for the exam.

B: Don't forget you've got an end-of-term party after the exams this evening.

A: Sure, I almost forgor. Thanks for reminding me.
