Lời giải:
$\frac{xy+3x-2y-6}{y+3}=3$
$\Rightarrow xy+3x-2y-6=3y+9$
$\Rightarrow xy+3x-5y-15=0$
$\Rightarrow x(y+3)-5(y+3)=0$
$\Rightarrow (y+3)(x-5)=0$
$\Rightarrow y+3=0$ hoặc $x-5=0$
Mà $y$ tự nhiên nên $y+3>0$. Do đó $x-5=0$
$\Rightarrow x=5$
Vậy $x=5$ và $y$ là số tự nhiên tùy ý.
