Hello everyone! Today I'll tell you about my house. I live in a big house in the countryside and it is very beautiful. It has a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room, there is a table, four chairs, a television and an air conditioner. My bedroom is very nice. There is a computer, a bed, a lamp and two pictures on the wall. And a bookshelf above the table, some teddy bears on the bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove and a sink. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. It has a shower, a washing machine and a tub. I love my house very much.

I live in a house at Ta Lai street with my family. My house is small but it is very beautiful. It has 3 bed room, one for my parent, one for my sister and one for me. The living room is small but it is very nice and the kitchen is very convenient. My house also has a small garden with some trees and flowers that my father is planted. My house isn't large but it very beautiful, and I enjoy it very much.

Từ nhiều thế kỷ nay, con người vẫn luôn bận tâm về hình ảnh cuộc sống tương lai sẽ như thế nào. Tuy nhiên, cho dù có “tầm nhìn xa”, có trí tưởng tượng phong phú đến mấy thì hơn 100 năm trước không ai có thể ngờ rằng chúng ta ngày nay lại sống trong một ngôi nhà tiện nghi, hiện đại đến như vậy.
Những thay đổi sâu sắc trong lĩnh vực sinh hoạt trí tuệ đang diễn ra một cách rõ ràng. Tiến bộ về khoa học và công nghệ hiện đại đã mang đến một cuộc cách mạng thực sự cho ngôi nhà của mỗi chúng ta.
Phòng khách biết “đi guốc” trong bụng thân chủ
Sau một ngày làm việc căng thẳng, bạn trở về nhà. Ngôi nhà sẽ tự động mở cửa đón chủ nhân. Các cánh cửa đều được áp dụng công nghệ sinh trắc học để mở thay vì chìa khóa. Khi chủ nhân bước vào nhà, hệ thống máy tính sẽ tự động thiết lập chế độ sáng, tối. Hơn nữa, hệ thống đèn LED tiết kiệm điện tích hợp trong tường nhà có thể được lập trình để hiển thị màu sắc phù hợp căn cứ vào trạng thái tâm lý, hoàn cảnh hiện tại của chủ nhân!
Phòng khách của bạn có thể tự điều chỉnh nhiệt độ hay đơn giản là tự động đóng mở cửa sổ tùy theo thời tiết. Chiếc bàn uống nước đặc biệt do kiến trúc sư Zaha Hadid của tập đoàn DuPont thiết kế sẽ hiển thị menu các thức uống trên màn hình LED. Nó cũng được gắn một hệ thống thiết bị phát tán mùi thơm của những loài hoa thân chủ ưa thích. Tổ hợp các máy HomePAD của Hãng Samsung có khả năng tự động pha ly cocktail mà thân chủ hay dùng, khởi động máy thu hình hoặc phòng chiếu phim mini. Từ năm 2003, tổ hợp này đã có mặt trên thị trường với giá 8.000USD.

Eduardo Yudowski thuộc Công ty HPM Technologies – nơi từ lâu đã theo đuổi giấc mơ về một ngôi nhà siêu hiện đại cho biết: “Hệ thống máy vi tính và thiết bị điện tử trong ngôi nhà sẽ giúp bạn kết nối internet, thưởng thức nhạc, phim ảnh ở bất kỳ góc nào. Thả mình trên chiếc sopha, bạn có thể thảnh thơi xem Cuốn theo chiều gió, trong đó, bạn chọn bất cứ diễn viên nào mình muốn để đóng vai Rett Butler đều được. Thiết bị phiên dịch gắn với màn hình sẽ tự động phiên dịch các thứ tiếng."
Sàn nhà bằng đá, bằng gỗ hay trải thảm giờ đây đã trở nên quá tầm thường. Đã đến lúc phải thay thế chúng bằng những viên gạch thông minh có gắn các thiết bị cảm ứng phát hiện sự nguy hiểm. Theo giải thích của Hãng thiết kế nội thất DuPont thì việc lập ra hệ thống này là để phòng ngừa, nếu một người cao tuổi hay độc thân sống ở đó thì nhiều điều bất chắc có thể xảy ra mà không ai biết. Khi chủ nhà chẳng may bị ngã, áp suất sàn nhà sẽ giúp cho cú ngã không đau đồng thời hệ thống báo động sẽ được kích hoạt. Nhân viên y tế hoặc cảnh sát sẽ có mặt.
Phòng ngủ - người bạn tâm giao
Trung tâm của phòng ngủ không gì khác chính là chiếc giường. Trong tương lai, chiếc giường sẽ được lắp đặt một dàn vi mạch cảm biến, có khả năng ghi nhận trọng lượng và hình dáng của người dùng. Nệm giường sau đó sẽ điều chỉnh theo những thông số này, đẩy chỗ này lên cao, hạ chỗ kia xuống thấp... để bảo đảm người sử dụng có giấc ngủ lý tưởng nhất.
Vào mỗi buổi sáng, điện thoại báo thức reo vang, mặc cho bạn ra lệnh “tắt chuông”, tấm nệm giường sẽ không ngoan ngoãn phục tùng như vậy. Bởi nó biết công việc với bạn là quan trọng. Nó thúc bạn tỉnh dậy và sử dụng hệ vi mạch cảm biến để buộc bạn phải bò ra khỏi giường. Trong căn phòng này, công nghệ nhận dạng giọng nói cũng được trang bị, nó cho phép bạn ra lệnh cho các thiết bị khác bằng miệng. Ví dụ, khi bạn nói “tắm” thì bình nước nóng trong phòng tắm sẽ bật lên và tự động điều chỉnh nhiệt độ thích hợp nhất.

Trong toilet, khi bạn cầm vào chiếc bàn chải đánh răng cũng là lúc chiếc gương trước mặt sẽ “hoạt động”. Nhờ công nghệ nhận dạng dấu vân tay, gương sẽ nhận ra ai là người đang soi mình vào nó để hiển thị những thông tin người ấy quan tâm. Chẳng hạn: nhắc uống thuốc, thông báo tình hình thời tiết, giao thông trên tuyến đường vẫn đi đồng thời gợi ý tuyến đường hợp lý nhất trong trường hợp xảy ra tắc nghẽn và liệt kê những cuộc hẹn trong ngày.
Với sự giúp đỡ của một viên gạch lát sàn - vận hành như thể một chiếc cân đo “trá hình”, tấm gương thông minh trước mặt còn có thể thông báo cho chủ nhân chiều cao, cân nặng, các chỉ số sức khỏe của cơ thể như huyết áp, lượng mỡ trong máu... Nó thậm chí còn có thể chuyển tiếp các thông tin này đến cho bác sĩ gia đình. Điều tuyệt nhất, bạn có thể tắt tất cả các “chức năng” của gương đi nếu bạn muốn.
Bạn cũng không cần phải tới những bãi biển xa xôi để tận hưởng không khí ấm áp dưới ánh nắng mặt trời. Hãy thử tượng tượng, trước khi thả mình trong làn nước ấm của bồn tắm, bạn có thể dành 10 phút để tắm nắng. Một hệ thống tấm lợp mặt trời lắp đối diện với bồn tắm sẽ mang đến cho bạn làn da rám nắng khỏe khoắn mà không phải lo sợ ảnh hưởng của tia cực tím.

“Tất cả dụng cụ gia đình và máy móc sẽ được số hóa để có thể trao đổi thông tin với con người” – Nicholas Negroponte, nhà công nghệ và số hóa Italia đã khẳng định như vậy từ đầu thập kỷ 90 thế kỷ trước. Giờ đây, các hãng công nghệ lớn trên thế giới đã biến dự đoán của Nicholas thành hiện thực khi nghiên cứu thành công cái gọi là Internet Zero – tức cách đưa trí thông minh nhân tạo vào các thiết bị gia dụng.
Theo đó, máy giặt, tủ lạnh, bếp điện... sẽ được trang bị những thiết bị cảm ứng cực nhạy và bộ vi xử lý thông minh. Thảm cảnh pha cà phê xong mới phát hiện tủ lạnh hết sạch sữa sẽ không bao giờ tái diễn. Chiếc tủ lạnh thông minh do Ernestomeda sản xuất có chức năng giám sát thực phẩm dựa vào mã vạch điện tử (RFID) trên bảo bì sản phẩm. Nó sẽ thông báo cho người dùng biết loại thực phẩm nào đó sắp hết hoặc: “Ngày mai sẽ hết hạn lô sữa chua để trong ngăn thứ ba”. Ngoài ra, nó còn đảm trách vai trò một bác sĩ gia đình trong việc theo dõi, giám sát chế độ dinh dưỡng và sức khỏe của mỗi người qua từng bữa ăn.
Chiếc máy rửa bát thế hệ mới sẽ biết khước từ hoạt động một khi người ta đặt nhầm vào máy thứ đồ vật không chịu được va đập. Cả máy giặt lẫn máy sấy quần áo cũng đều được kết nối với hệ thống internet thông minh của ngôi nhà. Nó sẽ nhận dạng quần áo cần giặt thông qua chip RFID để lựa chọn chế độ giặt lý tưởng nhất. Nó có thể tự động xin thêm xà phòng giặt hay chạy ở chế độ tiết kiệm điện tùy theo tình trạng điện đóm chung của khu phố...
Giấc mơ đang được “hiện thực hóa”?
Thoạt nghe, cứ tưởng là chuyện khoa học viễn tưởng hay một giấc mơ, nhưng trong tương lai, tất cả những điều trên sẽ trở thành phổ biến. Các hãng công nghệ đang tích cực nghiên cứu chế tạo để hiện thực hóa điều này. Nổi bật trong số này là Living Tomorrow (Bỉ), một công ty thành lập năm 1991, chuyên tích hợp các công nghệ hàng đầu về điện tử, thiết kế và đồ gia dụng với nhau để lập ra mô hình “Ngôi nhà thiên đường” trong tương lai.
Mới đây, mô hình một ngôi nhà như vậy đã được Living Tomorrow trưng bày tại Brussel, Bỉ và sắp tới, vào đầu năm 2009, Công ty này dự kiến sẽ mở cửa viện bảo tàng trưng bày đầu tiên tại Mỹ để những người yêu công nghệ tại Mỹ thấy được viễn cảnh về ngôi nhà tương lai của nhân loại. Microsoft là một trong số 300 hãng công nghệ tham gia vào việc xây dựng ngôi nhà thiên đường tương lai này. Một số gương mặt khác bao gồm DuPont, HP, Unilever, LG, Philips... Có khoảng 80% số công nghệ của ngôi nhà đó đã và đang chuẩn bị ra mắt thị trường trong 5 - 10 năm tới, trong khi 20% còn lại vẫn còn cách nhân loại vài thập kỷ phát triển nữa. “Mặc dù mơ ước về một ngôi nhà thiên đường hoàn chỉnh còn khá xa nhưng chắc chắn nó sẽ trở thành hiện thực” - đại diện của Living Tomorrow khẳng định.
Với sự “đổ bộ” của đội quân mang tên “công nghệ thông tin”, mấy năm vừa qua ngôi nhà của chúng ta đã có những thay đổi đáng kể và trong thời gian tới sẽ là những thay đổi vượt bậc - nhà thiết kế người Pháp Le Corbusier khẳng định. Và ông gọi ngôi nhà trong tương lai là một “cỗ máy để ở”.

My Dream House
House is the place to stay together with part of our family. A good house is the house that makes the dweller fells so comfortable. My dream house is the house that has complete facility and wide garden. I want to try my best to get my dream house in my future later on.
Actually, my dream house is so simple to make if I have a lot of money. Because I ‘m Balinese, I will build my house use Bali style because I am proud as Balinese, it means I respect Bali culture as my culture. In the first floor of my house I want to have six bedrooms, one bedroom for my parents, one bedroom for me, and the other bedroom for my children later on. In every bedroom I want to have complete furniture and facilities such as there are bathrooms, table, chair, television, etc. In every bathroom there are complete facilities such as shower, the thing that use to organize temperature of the water so that I enjoy when take a bath. In the kitchen of my house I want to have complete facilities such as refrigerator to put the foods, vegetable, meat, eggs, cold drink, etc, the stove to cook everyday and the other facility.
In the second floor of my house I will make a big living room, the purpose just as a place together with part of my family. In every side of the second floor there are many windows, the purpose just so that I can enjoy the view from the second floor. In the right side of my house I will make a wide garden filled with complete kind of fruits. Behind of my house I will make swimming pool and small football yard. Because my hobby is playing football I will use that yard to play football together with my friends after work, my life cannot be separated from football. If we already get a lot of sweet we will swim together. Have you ever imagined to have your dream house? I think you will enjoy your daily activity at home and that is like heaven of world. I know to make my dream house will not be easy for me because it needs a lot of money , to get a lot of money the first thing that should I do is I must be successful. I want to make my family, friends, and the other that I love proud to me.
“Home sweet home” is a word that really could express your feeling to have such a great house. My dream house is the house that makes me and my family feels comfortable; enjoy the situation, and safe. Although just small house it can be my dream house for me because the most important things for me is togetherness with part of my family. Luxury house is not always comfortable for me.

Last summer, the suns like to burn the whole sky so my family decided to plan an outing relieve the heat.
Me and my family prepared everything perfectly for the best outing. When we got there, we changed our clothes and ran to the beach to play intreresting game like: build sand castle, throwing ball,...We also ate seafood and stayed in hotels. My favorite memory is walking along the beach and watching the sunrise.
It was enjoyable outing and I hope to come back angain!

I would like to live in a house by the sea where I can see the sun rise and set every day.
This is how I will want my house to be like. After passing the front gate, there will be a lovely rose garden. Then, the big white house comes into view. When I walk through the door, a white sitting room with a pink sofa set will greet me. Paintings of beautiful flowers hanging on the walls will make the room look comfortable and fresh.
The three bedrooms will be on the second level. One is for my parents, one for my brother and one for me. I will like my room to be painted pink. Above my bed, I will hang a big picture of ballerina dressed in white. The grey carpet on the floor will be strewn with many cushions for me to lie on and enjoy a novel. I will do my homework at my study table by the window though which I can see the stars at night.
On the highest level there will be an open space which overlooks the sea. It will be used for barbecues in the evening.
No matter how fine this house may seem, it is just a dream.

My dream house is hi-tech house by the sea with many sands and water surroundings. There will have 10 large rooms and it will have many green trees, flowers and have big swimming pool in the garden. In each rooms, it will have a super smart TV, a super smart car, high-tech robot: the super smart TV will help me surf the Internet, send and receive my email, order food from the supermarket and contact my friends on other planets. High-tech robot will clean the floors, cook the meals, wash the clothes, water the flowers and feed the dogs and cats.

My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the necessary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contains many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

The three bedrooms will be on the second level. One is for my parents, one for my brother and one for me. I will like my room to be painted pink. Above my bed, I will hang a big picture of ballerina dressed in white. The grey carpet on the floor will be strewn with many cushions for me to lie on and enjoy a novel. I will do my homework at my study table by the window though which I can see the stars at night.
On the highest level there will be an open space which overlooks the sea. It will be used for barbecues in the evening.
