Viet: `x_1+x_2=-4`

`x_1 x_2=m+1`

`(x_1)/(x_2)+(x_2)/(x_1)=10/3`

`<=> (x_1^2+x_2^2)/(x_1x_2)=10/3`

`<=> ((x_1+x_2)^2-2x_1x_2)/(x_1x_2)=10/3`

`<=> (4^2-2(m+1))/(m+1)=10/3`

`<=> m=2` (TM)

Vậy `m=2`.
