Playing sports is very good for healths.We should play everyday.Sports include many types of forms.As football,volleyball,baseketball and baminton,..,playing sport help us supple and healthy.In free time,you can playing sports to relax.Sports help you look better,improve memory,reduce stress,prevent disease,..,Playing sports also help you to integrate into life.So,we need to positive exercise more.(Ngắn quá thì nói lại mình nha,mình viết theo những gì mình biết,không trùng với ai đâu,yên tâm nha,có j sai sót,bỏ wa nhé!!!)

Playing sports can give you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To illustrate, you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart attack or high blood pressure.

Sports will improve your fitness and weight goals. However, they also encourage healthy decisions such as not smoking or drinking and offer hidden health benefits such as a lower chance of getting osteoporosis or breast cancer later in life. Also, a team counting on you to show up and work hard is plenty of motivation for you to get to the gym day in and day out.

Team sports are good for learning accountability, dedication, and leadership, among many other traits. Putting it all together by playing a sport is a winning combination.

Playing a sport requires a lot of time and energy. Some may think this would distract student-athletes from schoolwork. However, the opposdetermination and goal-setting skills sports require can be transferred to the ite is true. Sports require memorization, repetition and learning — skillsets that are directly relevant to classwork. Also, the classroom.

Playing sport is necessary because it brings about physical strength and mental power to the person involved in this on regular basis. Outdoor sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, hockey, running, etc help in improving physical health and mental fitness. However, some indoor games and sports brain games, chess, Sudoku, etc improve mental power and concentration level.

Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.

It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and be mentally comfort, which we can easily deal with all the problems.

Playing sports is very necessary for the growth of an individual in our life. It's improtant to reserve a good health. Firstly, playing sports helps control weight and prevent obesity. Moreover, It also helps add body have a balance and stay in a good shape. Secondly, we can make lots of new friends when playing together and we will develop teamwork skills annd other useful skills.Finally, we can be creative, confident and feel satisfied when playing sports. Moreover, playing sports will reduce the pressures in our life, at school and relieve stress after a long day. For these reasons, I think we should spend our time playing outdoor sports such as football, badminton, basketball and ect to prevent the health issues and have a healthy life.

I find playing online games very interesting. It can support me to feel relaxative after everyday after tired time of learning at school. I usually like to play online chess. It is exciting and challenging. It also help me to make friends online. It helps me to think over everything before acting. However, I always limit my time of playing online games. Because I think playing too much online games makes me tired. My eyes are often soring. My mother always reminds me of learning hard, so I know what is the most important to me. Playing online games only helps me to relax a little. So I advise you to working hard at school, and just spend a little time playing online games, although how much you like it.

Firstly, we should use electricity more efficiently. Secondly, we had better reduce our electricity bills. Besides, it’s necessary to turn off the lights when leaving a room or before going to bed to save energy. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

1Badminton is a racquet sport. People play it by using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. The most common forms of badminton are singles (with one player per side) or doubles (with two players per side). So there are two or four players. There are three games in a badminton match. A player wins a game when he/she scores 21 points first. A badminton match lasts for 45 to 75 minutes.
