Hoa is a newcomer to the town. Today is the first day at her new school and everybody is very welcome and helpful. Her mother, Ms Dung is a new teacher. She is taller than any teachers at the school. And maybe, she is the most fashionable there. Hoa's father still has some work to do,so he hasn't moved to the new place yet. He is a manager and he is working for a computer company at the moment.

Previously, Mai used to live in a small flat with her parents. But their place now is much bigger. There are 5 rooms: two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The new flat is on the 5th floor of the most modern building in the town. It is quite near the park where there is fresh air, alot of trees and a big lake. Mai says that she loves her new place and that she will try her best to get on well with her new friends at school.
