Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.
We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.
The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.
The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Last summer holiday, I went to Da Lat city with my friends. We had a very happy vacation. We went to Da Lat by passenger-car. The weather was very cold in the morning but it was warmer in the afternoon. We stayed at a hotel near the city center. On first day, we went to visit Da Lat Flower Festival. There was many kinds of flowers. Then we visited the Xuan Huong Lake and the Valley of Love. The landscape here was so beautiful and romantic. We took a lot of photos there. On second day, we went to Da Lat Market and we bought some souvenirs for my family. We had a good time so I am going back next spring with my boyfriend.
In our country, summer holiday is the longest holiday in a year. I often went to sea with my family and my relatives every summer holidays. But last summer, my parents allowed me go to sea with my friends. I had many memories with my friends and it made impression on me.
The trip had seven people; four boys and three girls. We learnt primary school together. So far we have been close friends. We spent three days on holiday. On holiday, we only slept four hours a day and the rest time we went swimming, went sightseeing
At the morning, we got up at half past four o’clock to see sunrise. It was very peaceful and calm in early morning. After that we went swimming. In the evening, we went along seaside. At that time the wave seemed gentler than it was in the afternoon. The later it was, the more people the beach had. Everybody looked happy. We took many photographs and had a lots of sea foods. All of us were indeed happy.
At the last day, there was a small problem with me. I had stomachache. Maybe I was not suitable with sea foods. Fortunately I bought medicine, so I took a medicine and I was ok.
After three days, we came back home. I think it was great time in my life.
To celebrate the HCM Communist Youth Union's Foundation Day, our school Sports Club recently played a friendly match with Nguyen Khuyen School’s Football Team. The match was held on March 24th at 3:00 pm on the Hoa Lu stadium. It was a nice day. In the rst half, our tearn played pretty well. They tried to keep the ball away from the goal and as near to our rival’s as possible. By a combination of passing and dribbling, the oppcnenis gave a shot into our goal. Fortunately, our goalie could catch the ball. All the stands seemed to be exploded with merry and exciting shouts. And all the schoolboys and girls jumped up and down cheering. In the second half, both teams played beautifully and skilfully and tried to score the goal, but no-one succeeded. Finally it was a draw. When the game was over, all of us were happy to have a fair game. I think all the schools in the area should hold such a friendly game to tie up and promote the friendship and solidarity together.

Actually, my dream house is so simple to make if I have a lot of money. In the kitchen of my house I want to have complete facilities such as refrigerator to put the foods, vegetable, meat, eggs, cold drink, etc, the stove to cook everyday and the other facility.
In the second floor of my house I will make a big living room, the purpose just as a place together with part of my family. In every side of the second floor there are many windows, the purpose just so that I can enjoy the view from the second floor. In the right side of my house I will make a wide garden filled with complete kind of fruits. Behind of my house I will make swimming pool and small football yard. Because my hobby is playing football I will use that yard to play football together with my friends after work, my life cannot be separated from football. If we already get a lot of sweet we will swim together. Have you ever imagined to have your dream house? I think you will enjoy your daily activity at home and that is like heaven of world. I know to make my dream house will not be easy for me because it needs a lot of money , to get a lot of money the first thing that should I do is I must be successful. All of my family s different kinds of sports, though not all of them plays sports. For example, my father s playing volleyball. He always plays it with his friends in the stadium. My mother s playing badminton. She used to play it two years ago, but now she just can watch a badminton match on TV. My brother favourite sport is football. In the afternoon, he always plays football with his team on the square. My favourite sport is going cycling. I often go cycle with my friends in my free time.
My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.
