\(=\sqrt{106-2\sqrt{1440}}+3\sqrt{10}-\frac{12(\sqrt{10}-2)}{(\sqrt{10}+2)(\sqrt{10}-2)}\)

\(=\sqrt{(\sqrt{90}-\sqrt{16})^2}+3\sqrt{10}-\frac{12(\sqrt{10}-2)}{6}\)

$=\sqrt{90}-\sqrt{16}+3\sqrt{10}-2(\sqrt{10}-2)$

$=4\sqrt{10}$
