I have a lot of friends but my best friend is Phuong. She is one of my classmates. We have known each other since we were 11 years old. She has a short black hair and it is straight. Her lips is small but it's very beautiful. Her eyes is very nice. She is tall and thin. She is very kind and generous. Whenever I get absent in the classroom, she helps me in doing all the left home works and class works. She also spends most of her free time doing volunteer work at a local orphanage but she is a hard-working student who always gets good grades. Un me, she s sports very much. She plays badminton very good. I am very pleased to have such a kind and understanding friend here. I wish our friendship will last forever.

Hanoi is a dreamy city has been infatuated human heart. Besides the noise and busyness, that is the poe and peaceful beauty. From long time ago, Hanoi was famous for thirty-six streets… Each street is a village, has unique characteriss unique. In general, people here are very elegant, open-minded and friendly. They are very willing to give directions to tourists and even invite them home. Besides, they are also very hardworking people, always try their best in life. Most of their time they spend on working and raising their children. Coming to Hanoi, we can not ignore the tourist attractions such as Bat Trang pottery village, the Temple of Literature, President Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, one pillar pagoda, ... They are associated with the existence and development of Hanoi, also Vietnam. Here, we will be attracted by the special dishes such as Vong Rice, Trang Tien ice cream, Ho Tay shrimp cake ... They are very delicious and are special characteris of Hanoi, not similar to anywhere. For me, Hanoi is a beautiful and poe city. Hope that one day, I will meet the dream of a travel to Bat Trang pottery.

I live in Vinh Long city, and my hometown is very beautiful. It is located in Vinh
Long province, a small area in the South West of Vietnam. Vinh Long has a
combination of rural and urban values which include landscapes and modern
structures. It is very easy to get to my hometown. All we have to do is follow the
national main road, and then cross one of the biggest bridges of the West – My
Thuan bridge to step into Vinh Long area. The uptown region is full of grass fields,
ponds and cattle. There are not many houses there, and the atmosphere is still fresh
and free from the exhaust fumes from traffic or factories. If we go further, we will
get to the center of the city. It is not a very big and modern city, but it has enough
facilities for citizens. Vinh Long is famous for tourism, and tourists love spend a
day on the boat that goes along the rivers and floating markets. There is nothing
much about my hometown, but I suppose that it is the best place for me to live

I’ve always been proud to be born into my family. One of the things I am most proud of is the carpentry tradition. My family has been a carpenter for three generations. Also, since childhood, I have seen many beautiful wooden products. To be able to create those products, it must go through many different steps. First, my dad will choose the type of wood and their size. After that, my dad will measure and cut the pieces of the wood to match. Next my dad will shape the wooden pieces. Once the wood pieces are finished, my dad will paint them with beautiful colors. I love watching my dad work. When I was growing up I wanted to continue the work my dad was doing. From there, many beautiful and useful wooden products can be created.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

Companionship is something of essence to people, therefore I have got a close friend since I was at secondary school. It is a domesated dog. This was a birthday present from my parents on my 15th birthday. I am originally interested in furry creatures, hence the dog was a great happiness to me. He is an adorable dog with burnished fur and streamlined tail. He has thin and strong legs so he sun so fast. He is an omnivorous animal so he can eat the same food in our meals. additionally, he has strong sense of smell and hearing, together with sharp vision and understanding power thus called intelligent animal. This dog is easily controlled and taught anything through proper training. He guards home and family for the whole day without getting anything in return. He starts barking very loudly whenever any stranger approaches the house. Moreover, he usually shows affection towards the owner by wagging his tail and licking hands or face. Since he appears, he has got rid of loneliness in my life. He has been proved as a very useful and obedient animal for the mankind. I always have deep affection for this close friend.

The paintings, slogans on learning are hung neatly, beautifully decorated on the walls painted light yellow. My school is not new, but still spacious, clean, airy thanks to many trees, phoenix trees, ancient trees, trees cover the extensive playground. My favorite school is a beautiful school. It is a big and large school. The school has many trees and there has enough stadiums and sporting yards for students to play. The thing I expect the most, that is a great learning school with many modern equipments. One more thing, the students of the school are friendly and helpful and the teachers are good too. The people in the countryside are very rustic, simple and friendly. People often care and help each other. Unlike in cities, most people had little communication with their neighbors. In the countryside, people often go to each other’s house to play and talk. The pace of life in the countryside is slower. The scene is very peaceful. The sound of chickens in the morning, the buffalos plowing the fields, the image of the setting sun setting behind bamboo canopy… All create a picture of a peaceful but unusually beautiful countryside. Rural food is very cheap. Food is mainly grown and sold by farmers, so it is very clean. I really enjoy life in the countryside. I love the simplicity, the people, the scenery here. And here I can live the life I dreamed of.
