Nowadays almost everyone in the world have had a contact with computers. A great part of them has been using international computer’s net known as Internet.
I think using internet has more advantages then disadvantages. First of all, Internet provides access to a lot of information. Some of them are very useful in your job other helps in your hobby. Searching the net with Google, you can find everything you want. You can also do shopping using Internet. Of course it has no sense to buying a roll, but if you need something inaccessible, you will be able to buy it in Internet shop. You need only to select what you want, fill in some forms and click ok. In a few days you will get what you have ordered directly to your home, without going anywhere. You can pay with your credit card, pay postman when you get the package, or transfer money from your bank account. Nowadays almost every bigger bank offers transferring money with Internet. It is more faster then going to the bank and filling blankets. Transferring money in traditional way takes about a day, using Internet you can do this in few seconds even in Saturday and Sunday evenings. What’s more internet banks give you insurance against unauthorized transaction. Some people thinks that their money can by easily stolen by hackers. It isn’t true because the easiest way to steal your money from internet bank is breaking to your house and stealing you card of codes. Internet banks have very good protections witch make them practically unbreakable.
Next advantage of internet is email. Internet mails get in a few seconds in their destinations. It is very important when you want to send something for example to Australia. Of course you can send not only texts. You can email whatever you want, movies, photos, songs, computer programs etc. Costs are very important advantage of emails. Sending an email is much cheaper then phoning, or sending normal letters.
Beside a lot of advantages, Internet has some disadvantages too. First of disadvantages is that people who spend too much time sitting in the front of computer can easily gets ill. Radiation emitted by computer’s screen is harmful to eyes. People who spend too much time at their homes (because they needn’t go anywhere, they can do everything using Internet) are getting weaker. Sitting a for long time is also harmful to the spine.
Second disadvantage is that Internet can by addictive. Some people just can’t live without it. They have no real friends and when Internet is down they are getting furious.
Internet has some opponents but more and more people treats Internet like telephone, or radio. They use it for fun and work, and I think at present living without internet would be quite difficult.

In this paper, I would like to discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of the internet. In the first place, the internet benefits us in many ways. It provides us with much information from every corner of the world. It helps us to know about what is happening on the earth and updates us with the most recent news. Also, the internet helps us to widen our social network with many friend in every country in the world. Through some programs such as Skype, facebook, Yahoo Messenger, etc, we have chance to make friend and talk to a variety of people. Moreover, it entertains us. Sometimes we can spend times listening to music or watching films on some websites. However, the internet also causes us many problems. The first one is to our health. Some people spend too much time searching and playing on the internet, which is not good for their brains and eyes. Next, it also prevents us from some activities such as reading books or going our with our friends. In addition, some programmes on the internet contain some bad content such as violence or ***** which are not good for young people's mental lifem.

Em đi chợ về đến ngã tư Bảy hiền thì gặp đèn xanh, xe cộ đang được phép đi qua rất đông. Em nhìn sang bên kia đường thấy một cụ già tay xách một gói nhỏ đã hai lần định vượt sang bên đường. Lần thứ ba bà cụ ra được gần đến giữa đường lại quay trở lại vì còn 3, 4 xe ô tô đang đi đến. Chờ đèn đỏ bật lên, các xe dừng lại, em vượt theo đường đi bộ đến chỗ bà cụ. Em hỏi:
- Cụ ơi, cụ đi đâu, cụ muốn qua bên kia đường phải không ạ?
Cụ ngẩng lên nhìn em rồi vừa gật đầu vừa nói: Cụ muốn qua bên kia đường Cách mạng tháng Tám.
Em nắm chặt lấy tay cụ, rồi nói nhẹ nhàng:
- Cháu sẽ giúp cụ đi qua đường Cách mạng tháng Tám!
Một lần nữa bà cụ ngẩng lên nhìn em cảm động, cụ nói giọng run run:
- Cảm ơn cháu, may quá, nhờ cháu làm phúc…
Khi được phép vượt qua đường em dắt bà cụ sang bên kia đường… Chờ cụ đỡ mệt vì phải đi nhanh qua đường, em chỉ tay về phía trên rồi nói:
- Thưa cụ, đây là đường Cách mạng tháng Tám đấy ạ!
Bà cụ gật đầu, hai tay nắm lấy tay em rồi nói:
- Cám ơn cháu, cháu con nhà ai mà tử tế thế!
- Dạ, không có gì đâu ạ!
Nhìn theo bà cụ bước trên vỉa hè mà lòng em thấy vui vui vì mình đã làm được một việc tốt.

When you come to the countryside of Vietnam, especially in Hue, you can see a lot of beautiful girls with a palm leaf conical hat on. The conical leaf hat is said the symbol of the Vietnamese culture.
The hat is made from a special kind of bamboo and young and soft palm leaves. The ribs are shaped into a conical form. The diametre of the hat is usually about between forty and fifty-five centimetres; and it is about twenty-five or thirty centimetres high. The ribs are covered with palm leaves which are tightly stiched onto the bamboo frame. Finally, the hat is usually painted with a coat of furniture - polish oil.

Every country has their traditional clothes. Ao Dai is known as traditional Vietnamese clothes especially women. According to dictionary the definition of Ao Dai is a long-sleeved tunic with ankle-length panels at front and back, worn over trousers. It can be designed with several colors, patterns such as: flower, nature and different kind of fabrics. Wearing Ao Dai, women dignify their body’s attraction as well as reflect a national culture. It has a progress of developing from short simple pattern to more sophisticate style. Ao Dai symbolizes many personalities of Vietnamese women: gentleness, diligence, kindness and bravery. Therefore, it’s very proud for women to put on the special clothes. Student and teacher wears white Ao Dai to high school and some university on Monday to join in the ceremony. Moreover, it is engagement party that the bloom dress in Ao Dai to represent the tradition of Vietnam. Not only in Vietnam, It is also famous in international market that an increasing number of foreign tourists try wearing Ao Dai when visiting my country. They have good comment and congratulation on it. Protecting and preserving the beauty and nature of it are not only the individual’s duty but also all of citizen. Besides, Ao Dai is a beneficial and comfortable costume that women can choose it for any event and party. Although there is a large number of new trend of fashion, Ao Dai always plays an important role in spiritual life of Vietnamese.

Ao Dai the a traditional dress of Vietnam. It is one of the symbols of Vietnam. When one hears about Vietnam, the word “Ao Dai” will most probably be mentioned.
Ao Dai những chiếc váy truyền thống của Việt Nam. Đây là một trong những biểu tượng của Việt Nam. Khi người ta nghe về Việt Nam, từ “Ao Dai” chắc chắn sẽ được nhắc đến đầu tiên.
Early versions of the “Ao Dai” date back to 1744 when Lord Vu Vuong of the Nguyen Dynasty decided both men and women should wear an outfit of pants and a gown that buttoned down the front. What wasn’t, until 1930 that “Ao Dai”appear similar to what it looks today. Now, Men wear it less, generally only on ceremonial occasions such as weddings or funerals. During the 1950s two tailors in Saigon started producing “Ao Dai” with raglan sleeves. This creates a diagonal seam running from the collar to the underarm. This style is still preferred today“Ao Dai” is made individually to fit each customer’s shape to create the most flattering look.

Áo dài hiện nay là rất phổ biến với thiết kế khác nhau và màu sắc. Áo dài đã trở thành trang phục ưa thích nhất cho những dịp trang trọng theo truyền thống và nghi lễ.
