Cái này quá dễ : 

\(\sqrt{\left(x-2\right)^2}=4\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\left(x-2\right)=4\)

=> x = 6

b) \(\sqrt{x^2+6x+9}=6\)

\(\Rightarrow\sqrt{\left(x+3\right)^2}=6\)

\(\Rightarrow x+3=6\)

=> x = 3

<=> (x-2)2 = 16 

TH1: x-2 = 4 <=> x= 6

TH2: x-2=-4 <=> x= -2

b) \(\sqrt{x^2+6x+9}=6\)

<=> x2 + 6x+9=36

<=> (x+3)2=36

TH1: x+3 = 6 <=> x= 3

TH2: x+3 = -6 <=> x=-9

<=> \(\left(\sqrt{4\left(x+1\right)}\right)^2=\left(\sqrt{8}\right)^2\)

<=> 4(x + 1) = 8

<=> 4x + 4 = 8

<=> 4x = -4

<=> x = -1 (TM)

Vậy nghiệm của PT là S = \(\left\{-1\right\}\)
