The enveronment is everything around us, both natural and made by man. A major problem in the world today is the destruction of the natural environment.
This is complecated problem. We burn fuel and throw away plastic bags these cause pollution . We have made thousands of new chemicals, factories that made or use chemicals always chemical wastes. These are often poesonous, and thay also stay in the environment.
What should we do at school or at home to minimize pollution ? for me, We could pick up garbage littered and put it into a gabage bin, we can reuse bottles and cans, use banana leaves or papers to wrap foot, not throw trash into the water or ground. That is how we can keep the school yard clean and protect the environement.
Moreover, using the public buses can reduce exhaust fume and threefore we can keep the air cleaner.
I think that it is not enough simply to talk about the problem . We must act now before it too late to do anything about it . Join us now to protect the environment. That is how we can save the Earth.

Our environment is currently severely polluted by the waste generated by human activities that are released into the environment. In terms of books, everyone knows the importance of the environment for human life: air, water, ... Recently, people have been able to apply some methods and typically reduce Minimize use of food bags that use banana leaves to reduce environmental pollution. To make the air cleaner, people should take a bus or bicycle to minimize the amount of smoke emitted by the air to pollute the air. And in the measures, the use of recycled items is quite common: reusable plastic bottles, paper, ... to make everyday items.

Do people feel the environment is heavily polluted? Because of a green environment - clean and beautiful, each contributes a little bit of energy to protecting the environment.

The environment is of great importance to human life. Each of us must have a sense of responsibility, together to build a cleaner and cleaner living environment.
First of all, in order to keep the school green, we have to plant and care for the trees in the school together. Every year, we have to participate fully in the plantations of the School Union. Keeping the school campus neat and clean is very important for all the students because a school is a place to study and learn. If the physical environment is not an attractive one, then studying and learning become less pleasant and the concentration of the students will be hampered. To keep the school campus neat and clean the students have to do some certain works. Firstly, in every class the students can make a class forum or group and the leader of the forum can divide the works. There are different works in the school campus. According to the instruction of the leader the students will continue the work. Some students of a forum can arrange of garbage and rubbish in waste disposal containers, take care of the gardens and trees. Similarly, another group can keep the plants well-trimmed, mow the lawn, and trim the grass around the borders. Other group can rake the fallen leaves, keep the statues well-polished, mop and vacuum the floors and carpets inside. Some can clean the walls, windows and other surfaces. To keep the campus always neat and clean the students can make some rules permanently both inside and outside of the classroom. Firstly, students should not spit in the class, drop litter in the class. Secondly, they have to use the bin for trash and keep the desks and chairs in place. At the time of performing the works they can get any help from their class teacher and other teachers. In this process the students can keep their school campus neat and clean.

Protecting the environment includes the indoor environment and indoor air quality. One way to protect the indoor environment is not to bring indoors any products with surfactants in them. This means switching to safe, non-surfactant cleaners and laundry products. Another way of protecting the indoor environment is not to bring in grooming products that contain phthalates or other volatile organic chemicals or persistent organic particles in them. This means switching to safe, phthalate-free and VOC/POP-free grooming products. This also means switching from manufactured "perfume" fragrances to natural essential oil fragrances, the original perfume material.

Another way is not to bring in bleached recycled paper or plastic products. This includes most food packaging boxes, even organic ones (except for those that have switched to non-bleach/chlorine recycling process products), most meat and poultry trays and plastic wraps, most egg cartons, most ice cream cartons, most recycled school loose-leaf and notebook paper, most plastic bags. Another way is not to walk into the house with your shoes on. The EPA has determined that more than 50 percent of indoor air toxicity comes from petrochemical particulates tracked onto carpets from shoes (worsened when shoe soles are constructed from petrochemical based materials).

Draconian, drastic measures are needed to protect both the outdoor environment and the indoor environment. If our mega-scale free market system worked, we could demand unsafe materials be taken out of production and easily improve indoor air environments, but it doesn't, and we take what we are given while advertising campaigns convince us that what is given is great and the best and that which is what to covet.

There is no denying that computer is one of the all-time greatest inventions of human being. It has brought us an endless number of benefits. This miraculous tool not only allows us to edit documents, to create excel worksheets or to install programs to serve our needs but also helps our kids relax with a wide range of games and apps. However, some people believe that computers may bring more harm than benefits if children use them daily; meanwhile, others state that they are helpful and can affect children positively. In my opinion, I totally agree with the first idea because of the following reasons.\nTo begin with, children will be isolated from other people around them if they use computers frequently. It’s simply because they spend most of their time on utilizing computers, so they do not have much communication with their parents. Moreover, when computers become their close friend, they may refuse to play with other kids as well as to take part in outdoor activities. It means there is less interaction between them and their fellows. Obviously, this is not recommended for children since they need to be active and to learn new things from family and friends to broaden their horizon. \nAnother point is that using computers uncontrollably may cause children to develop some diseases. Sitting in front of the computer regularly may lead to obesity because every day, children absorb a large amount of nutrition such as fat, protein and starch but they do not take exercises to consume this energy. Seriously, obesity can put them at higher risk of developing diabetes. Besides, some research has shown that looking at the computer screen continuously with concentration more than 2 hours will reduce our vision and cause myopia easily.\nThe last reason is that children can neglect their study and sink into computer games. It goes without saying that computer games are so addictive. If kids are unable to control themselves, they may spend all their time on playing games. After completing a level, they will have promotion to continue to play and to unlock new levels, then all these things will be repeated over and over again. In addition, computer games can inhibit the ability of thinking of children because they do not need to rack their brains a lot when playing games. Consequently, their study results may become worse and this will affect their future significantly.\nIn conclusion, I am totally in agreement with the idea that using computers daily will put great negative impacts on children. However, they can still take advantages of this wonderful invention if they use it suitably and effectively. Therefore, parents should teach their kids to be self-disciplined and to manage their time well when using computers.

Nowadays English has become an main language.English is used in almost all countrys.So learning English is an important assignment especially students.But how to learn English well is a question which most of students notice. we should learn english by ourselves . We can do grammar exercises in grammar books,write E as much as possible. It makes us revise our knowledge and improve our writing skill. We can wath E on TV , learn to sing E songs,read short stories or newpapers in E,listen to the programs on the radio and E tapes.It makes us improve our listening and reading skills.We should use a distionary for reading. It makes us save up newwords. The best important is that we usually practise by speaking with friends and learing by heart all newword and texts.

Now-a-days, people have been so busy in their hectic life style and do not have time to keep themselves healthy or stay fit. It is the fact that we must eat healthy, practice cleanliness and involve in daily physical exercises in order to remain healthy and fit. As we know that there is no alternate to the hard work, in the same way there is no alternate to the health and fitness. Health and fitness is the combination of healthy living with healthy lifestyle. Psychological health is very necessary with the physical health of a person in order to be healthy and fit. We need to eat healthy food and do physical exercises on daily basis in order to remain physically healthy however we need to think positive to remain mentally healthy.

We need to get self motivated as well as take part in the fitness-style activities. We should take our fitness as the matter of every-day routine. Being fit should be our first aim of living a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t require exercising for hours, just a small amount of exercise and healthy food on daily basis is enough to maintain the health and fitness. We should keep our eyes always open and select stairs instead of the elevator, use cycle instead of car or bike for nearby areas, walk to the next bus stop, etc creates really a big difference. Being involved in daily physical exercises not only keep us fit but also improve our lifestyle and healthy living. It increases our energy level and thus confidence level.

We should enjoy spending hours on morning walk, running, working out at the gym or other physical activities to keep body functioning well as well as improve muscle endurance. We should eat fresh cooked food instead of stale food in order to remain away from the digestive disorders.

Most of the common people never realize the importance of being healthy and fit. They generally underestimate the importance of good health as they never know the advantages of it. We all know that health is wealth but only few people follow it in their life. Being healthy and fit, helps us in carrying out our daily tasks. Being healthy is not only a body free of diseases, but it also means to have a tensionless mind. If a person has unhealthy mind, he cannot has an unhealthy body. Good health of both, body and mind helps us to get success in life and enjoy it in full extent. Good mental health makes us feel like a well-being and healthy body gives us physical strength and confidence. Good physical health helps us in our trouble times whereas poor physical becomes more weak and prone to diseases.

We need to be aware about all the points of how to keep us healthy both physically and mentally. Some people know well about how to keep their body neat, clean and healthy however they carry some tensions in their mind, so they always lack of being fit. Mental tension gradually deteriorates the good condition of body and makes it weak. People, who are serious about their health and fitness, do exercises on daily basis and eat healthy food in timely manner. They are much conscious about their health and avoid being lazy, eating unhealthy food and sedentary life.
