a,Lợi ích của tái chế và tái sử dụng:
- Giảm lượng rác thải tại các bãi rác: Việc tái chế rác thải và tái sử dụng giúp giảm lượng rác thải tại các bãi tập rác và hạn chế được lượng thải các độc tố ra ngoài môi trường.
- Giảm ô nhiễm môi trường: Khi các lượng rác thải được tái chế thì sẽ ít bị đốt hoặc chôn lấp, nên tránh được ô nhiễm môi trường nước, không khí và đất.
- Giảm tiêu thụ năng lượng: Việc sử dụng rác thải hay phế liệu để tái chế lại thành sản phẩm mới. Sẽ tốn ít năng lượng hơn so với việc tạo các sản phẩm đấy từ các nguồn nguyên chất.
- Giảm chi phí:

b,Lí do cần hạn chế sử dụng túi nilon, chai nhựa, ống hút nhựa và nên thay thế bằng túi giấy, bình đựng nước cá nhân, ống hút bằng giấy:
+ Chúng khó phân hủy trong điều kiện tự nhiên: Túi nilon bé nhỏ và mỏng manh cần có quá trình phân hủy kéo dài từ 500 đến 1000 năm nếu không bị tác động của ánh sáng Mặt Trời.
+ Chúng bị vứt xuống ao, hồ, sông ngòi làm tắc nghẽn cống, rãnh, sông,…gây ứ đọng nước thải và ngập ứng dẫn đến sản sinh ra nhiều vi khuẩn gây bệnh.
+ Chúng làm môi trường đất, nước bị ô nhiễm và làm ảnh hưởng cả trực tiếp lẫn gián tiếp tới sức khỏe con người.
- Nên thay thế bằng túi giấy, bình đựng nước cá nhân, ống hút bằng giấy:
+ Chúng có thể dễ dàng tái chế và chế tạo thành nhiều sản phẩm hơn nhựa và nilong
+ Phân hủy nhanh trong môi trường
+ An toàn cho sức khỏe con người

For a long time, television has been regarded as a saving means of entertainment and acquiring useful knowledge. However, besides the benefits mentioned above, it also brings a lot of harm because of the following reasons. First, watching TV takes up a lot of our time. I do not deny the benefits such as entertainment or education that it brings. However, instead of spending all the day just watching TV, we can do some useful works such as doing homework, helping mother to do housework. Through that, we can gather for ourselves a lot of soft skills and become closer to the other. Second, sitting too close to the TV screen will make harm affect on our health. Studies have shown that sitting near television will shorten our vision, in addition increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and degeneration of the neck vertebrae ... These are the disadvantages that no one expects. Therefore, let's limit the amount of time spending watching TV and save that time doing other useful things.

Sự thật là Internet mang lại rất nhiều lợi ích cho học sinh.
Thứ nhất, Internet cho phép học sinh truy cập tất cả các loại thông tin khác nhau từ các nguồn khắp nơi trên thế giới. Mọi thông tin về bất kỳ chủ đề nào dưới ánh nắng mặt trời đều có sẵn trên Internet. Do đó, sinh viên có thể sử dụng các công cụ tìm kiếm trực tuyến như Google để tìm kiếm tài liệu, bài tập, câu đố, bài thuyết trình, .. liên quan đến việc học của mình.
Thứ hai, Internet cũng giúp học sinh và giáo viên giao tiếp dễ dàng hơn. Họ có thể thảo luận với nhau trực tuyến thông qua Internet. Có thể tạo các nhóm trực tuyến trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội như Facebook, Zalo, … để chia sẻ thông tin. Ngoài ra, Internet khiến việc học từ xa trở thành chuyện nhỏ. Hiện nay có rất nhiều trường đại học và cao đẳng trên thế giới phục vụ giáo dục trực tuyến.
Cuối cùng nhưng không kém phần quan trọng, giải trí là một lý do lớn khác khiến nhiều sinh viên yêu thích Internet. Internet cung cấp hàng ngàn bộ phim, âm nhạc và trò chơi miễn phí giúp sinh viên thư giãn. Ví dụ, chỉ cần lướt Facebook một lúc, họ có thể thấy nhiều câu chuyện hài hước khiến họ bật cười.
