Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easiolybring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese eggrolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp,chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place theabove mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of freshvegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me,espeicially on important days in year, such as Tetholiday. việt nam ís a tropical . so there are many kinds of food and drink to choose. MY favourite is Phở . Every vietnamese know a noodles soup which is named Phở . They all like Phố and eager to enjoy it . There lunch eat so many dish, but they are balanced diet and not eat more, some food like: fish, meat,... and of course they eat vegetable at every lunch. After meal they can dessert by fruits
B: And I think dinner is the most important meal in day because after a long day hard work, your body need have a lot of energy to compensate for the energy used, and dishs in dinner are the food in the lunch

People often say girls love to eat snacks, and I am the best demonstration of that statement. I to eat snacks more than the main meals of the day, and my favorite dishes are milk tea and mixed rice paper. Milk tea is a popular drink for young people, and I have at least one cup for almost every day. At first glance, this is a simple drink because there are just tea and milk with some cold ice. However, there are a lot of other stuffs to make a cup of milk with tea turn into an attractive drink. The combination that I most is jasmine tea, milk, cream cheese and jelly. The aroma of tea, the sweetness of milk, the fatty flavor of the cream cheese and the crispy feeling of jelly make me feel this is the best drink. I usually go to some of my favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what I am about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they . At lunch time I often buy a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then go to the store and buy a glass of milk tea. My mother always complains that I did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for me. After a time of eating whatever I , I feel that my mother's words are right. I still love these two dishes, but now I know how to adjust the level more appropriately. I drink a lot of water and choose other foods that are more nutritious, but milk tea and mixed rice paper are always my favorite.

Gardening and enjoying delicious foods are two of my favorites. About gardening, I have planted lots of different seeds, both vegetables and flowers at my small plot of land in front of my house. I always dream of creating a flourish garden on my own. About foods, I think I can eat everything when I'm hungry, but my best dish ever is salad. It's light for my stomach and easy to make. In my free time, I often do the gardening or eating as they help me relax and refresh myself.

I am passionate about food and drink. If I can only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be fried chicken. I believe the popular fried chicken I am talking about is from South America. It is deep fried chicken covered in flour or breadcrumbs. A perfect piece of fried chicken should be juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. People love having fried chicken for lunch and dinner, sided with some French fries and a soda. Fried chicken is popular not only in America but also everywhere. Korean fried chicken is also very delicious. Korean usually have fried chicken with beer. I hope that fried chicken restaurants will always open so I can enjoy this dish whenever I want.
