Hello everybody!
My name is ....Now, i'd like to tell you about my hobby. It's skating. Previously, it was a quiet strange game in Vietnam. But now, this game has a lot of people interested and love. I started this hobby (3) years ago. I have (2) pairs of roller skates.( There is a roller skating rink near my house, so)i often (go there to ) skate in my free time. I taught myself how to skate. The first time i started skating, i thought that it was very difficult to keep balance on the skates. Because i was so afraid that i could fall down. Now, i can skate proficienly, although i'm not really good at it. I share my hobby with (my older brother and) my friends.(My brother is also a really good skater). Whenever i skate, i feel happy, interested, relaxed and it is also quiet difficult. I think I'll continue ths hobby inthe future.

I’m a hardcore gamer so when I have some spare time I enjoy playing games on my laptop or my gaming console. It helps me relieve from stress after a long day.
Well, there is certainly a wide variety of hobbies in my country. Though I think the most popular would be traveling. People can relax after a long hard working week . It’s also a good time for all family members or groups of friends to see and visit new places together.
Other common hobbies would be music or sport because both help people to unwind after a busy day. Additionally, there are many-others, such as reading and, playing board games but they are not as widely enjoyed as the first three I mentioned.
Well, first of all, it is a very good way for people to let off steam and relieve stress by taking it easy after a hard working week. Free time activities refresh them and make them more energe. Another one is that taking part in group games provides them valuable chances to socialize and improve their relationships. In addition to this, if people play sports they will become healthier and more resistant to diseases
To be honest, I would say that I would really to try surfing in the future. I guess the reason why is that it is an exciting, adventurous sport. In addition to this, I would really love to go skydiving and master maneuvering my body on air.
Honestly, I guess that in many ways it can be pretty harmful because it negatively affects your work, study and personal relationships. But we should also understand that in some cases, it may be good for older people to idle away their hours on a favorite hobby. Considering everything my answer would have to be yes for most people, but no for some.

In the age of technology, laptop is used widely. The laptop brings us a lot of benefits for our live. it is very versatile as it can do many things. firstly, it is portable. therefore, people can take it everywhere. secondly, it is economical so everyone don't have to spend too much money to buy it. besides, the laptop is a mean of entertainment. we can use it to listen to music, to chat with friends, to make video call with parents, to play games, and so on. last but not least, we can use laptop for studying. for example, the laptop can be used for researching topics on the Web or typing the assignment as well. In summary, laptop is definitely one of the greatest inventions in the world as well as the best thing in our society.
P/s: Mình nghĩ nói ngắn quá sẽ không có điểm cao lắm đâu, không cần nói quá dài hoặc quá ngắn. Chỉ cần đầy đủ ý trong bài là ok. Với lại khi nói bạn nhớ phải tự tin lên nha. FIGHTING!!!!

Lòng biết ơn là một truyền thống, đạo lí tốt đẹp của ông cha ta từ xưa đến nay. Để khuyên con cháu sống biết ơn với thế hệ trước, với những gì thế hệ trước để lại, ông cha ta đã dạy: “Ăn quả nhớ kẻ trồng cây”.
Đúng vậy, câu tục ngữ tuy ngắn gọn nhưng mang một ý nghĩa sâu sa. Ông cha ta đã khéo léo sử dụng nghệ thuật ẩn dụ để nhắc nhở con cháu về truyền thống, đạo lí tốt đẹp. Về nghĩa đen, khi chúng ta được thưởng thức những trái cây ngọt ngào thì phải nhớ tới những người đã dày công gieo trồng, chăm sóc cho cây đơm hoa kết trái. Về nghĩa bóng, mượn hình ảnh này, ông cha ta muốn khuyên nhủ chúng ta phải biết kính trọng, nâng niu quá khứ, những thành quả lao động mà người đi trước để lại. Nếu không có họ thì chúng ta sẽ không có được những giá trị tốt đẹp như ngày hôm nay. Lãng quên quá khứ cũng chính là cách chúng ta quên đi chính mình, trở thành những kẻ vô ơn bạc nghĩa.
Truyền thống biết ơn đã ăn sâu vào tiềm thức của người dân Việt Nam, trở thành lối sống tốt đẹp của người dân từ xưa đến nay. Ngày Giỗ tổ Hùng Vương (mùng 10 tháng 3) hằng năm là ngày nhân dân ta tỏ lòng thành kính, biết ơn các vị vua Hùng đã có công dựng nước và giữ nước. Ngày 27 tháng 7 là ngày thương binh liệt sĩ, ngày để mỗi chúng ta tri ân các vị anh hùng dân tộc đã đổ xương máu, hy sinh tính mạng của mình để giữ vững nền độc lập tự do cho dân tộc. Vào ngày lễ hội Đền Trần tháng 8 âm lịch hằng năm, là ngày mà con cháu cả nước nhớ về công ơn của các vị vua đời Trần đã ba lần đánh thắng quân Nguyên – Mông, viết tiếp vào trang lịch sử hào hùng của nước nhà những mốc son chói lọi.
Lòng biết ơn những vị anh hùng đã hy sinh xương máu được Đảng và nhà nước ta thể hiện bằng những hành động thiết thực như tôn vinh các bà mẹ Việt Nam anh hùng, phục dưỡng để các mẹ yên hưởng tuổi già. Rồi phong trào đền ơn đáp nghĩa được lan rộng khắp mọi nơi với những ngôi nhà tình nghĩa được xây dựng từ miền ngược đến miền xuôi. Những đội tình nguyện ngày đêm miệt mài tìm hài cốt của đồng đội, đưa họ về với mảnh đất quê hương yêu dấu. Tất cả những nghĩa cử cao đẹp là một lẽ sống cao đẹp, thể hiện lòng biết ơn đối với các thế hệ đi trước.
Lòng biết ơn không chỉ là lời nói mà còn phải được thực hiện bằng những hành động cụ thể: con cháu phải biết ơn ông bà cha mẹ, học sinh phải biết ơn thầy cô giáo, nhân dân phải biết ơn những người đã hy sinh cho dân tộc để ta có được cuộc sống hạnh phúc như ngày hôm nay. Tuy nhiên, trong cuộc sống vẫn tồn tại những kẻ “vô ơn bạc nghĩa”, “ăn cháo đá bát”, “ăn quả” mà không nhớ đến người “trồng cây”, “uống nước” mà không nhớ đến “nguồn”. Những kẻ đó có cuộc sống ấm no hạnh phúc mà quên đi thành quả của người đi trước để lại. Họ đã “bắn vào quá khứ bằng súng lục” thì chắc chắn “tương lai sẽ bắn lại bằng đại bác” như lời Gamzatov đã từng nói. Họ sẽ bị xã hội lên án và khi xám hối thì lương tâm cũng trở nên vô cùng cắn rứt.
Câu tục ngữ “Ăn quả nhớ kẻ trồng cây” tuy ngắn nhưng để lại cho chúng ta bài học sâu sắc về lòng biết ơn. Đó là tình cảm cao quý, thiêng liêng, là thước đo phẩm chất, giá trị con người. Lòng biết ơn không phải tự nhiên mà có, mà là kết quả của một quá trình tu dưỡng lâu dài suốt cả cuộc đời.

Teens who spend too much time playing computer games -- particularly those games with violent content -- risk having problems with violent and aggressive behavior, according to studies reported by the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Teenagers learn to identify with game characters, and repeated use of games that promote violence and aggression make it difficult for some adolescents to separate real life from the imaginary "first-person" gaming experience. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that parents guide children to select high-quality games appropriate for the age of the child, and also advises that parents restrict the child's daily exposure to all media to a maximum of two hours.
Health Risks
While studies reported by the Health Physics Society show that there are no proven radiation-related health risks linked to computers and monitors, the level of screen brightness and the length of time that children spend focusing on the computer monitor sometimes leads to eye strain. Optometrist Gary Heiting warns parents that prolonged gaming play in front of a monitor can also lead to computer vision syndrome, a condition that may cause progressive nearsightedness. Sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods may create ergonomic problems from poor body positioning, or from the position of the computer and screen. Children also risk developing carpal tunnel syndrome in wrists from repetitive play.
I find playing online games very interesting. It can support me to feel relaxative after everyday after tired time of learning at school. I usually to play online chess. It is exciting and challenging. It also help me to make friends online. It helps me to think over everything before acting. However, I always limit my time of playing online games. Because I think playing too much online games makes me tired. My eyes are often soring. My mother always reminds me of learning hard, so I know what is the most important to me. Playing online games only helps me to relax a little. So I advise you to working hard at school, and just spend a little time playing online games, although how much you it.
