It's necessary to keep your fit. There are many way for you keep your fit. But I think you can notice some point. First, you should do exercises regular such as swimming, jogging, or ride bicycle. The second, you should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment and usually have breakfast. You should eat less meat, more and more vegetable, fruit, salad, and drink a lot of water, about 1,5l to 2l per day. Next, you should go to bed early, not stay at late, and at least 6 hours per day. And finally, you shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure and stress. That is many way to keep your fit, you can do it.

Ha Long Bay is one of the best wonders of Viet Nam and it is listed in the list of seven wonders of the world. It is located in Quang Ninh, a district in the Northeast of this little country. My favorite school is a beautiful school. It is a big and large school. The school has many trees and there has enough stadiums and sporting yards for students to play. The thing I expect the most, that is a great learning school with many modern equipments. One more thing, the students of the school are friendly and helpful and the teachers are good too. That's all of the school in my dream.

To live and work well we must have good health, so I get some routine to keep my health. Every morning, I get up early that to go for a walk about 20 minutes. I don't ever forget to have breakfast, because it's very important to provide my energy working all day. I don't drink any alcohol as beer, coffee, ect... According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.
I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30km. I really feel comfortable there.

I living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without
worrying much about environmental pollution.
As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.
Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things
are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

I dream of becoming a tourist guide in the future. Honestly, in the future I want to be a teacher. Book is one part of my beautiful life and reading books is my favourite hobby. I like detective story best, especially Detective Conan and Detective Sherlock Holmes. My favourite talk is "When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth" This talk means "Sau khi đã loại bỏ những điều không thể thì khả năng còn lại, dù vô lý đến đâu, cũng chính là sự thật." Books are like my friends who can teach me many things over the world. A good book is the way to live another life. You are never alone when you read a great book! Any one who says they have only one life to live, must not how to read a book. All in all, I like reading books alot. You can share hobby with me!
There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.
