Businesses have always sought to make a profit, but it is becoming increasingly common to hear people talk about the social obligations that companies have. I completely agree with the idea that businesses should do more for society than simply make money.

On the one hand, I accept that businesses must make money in order to survive in a competitive world. It seems logical that the priority of any company should be to cover its running costs, such as employees’ wages and payments for buildings and utilities. On top of these costs, companies also need to invest in improvements and innovations if they wish to remain successful. If a company is unable to pay its bills or meet the changing needs of customers, any concerns about social responsibilities become irrelevant. In other words, a company can only make a positive contribution to society if it is in good financial health.

On the other hand, companies should not be run with the sole aim of maximising profit; they have a wider role to play in society. One social obligation that owners and managers have is to treat their employees well, rather than exploiting them. For example, they could pay a “living wage” to ensure that workers have a good quality of life. I also like the idea that businesses could use a proportion of their profits to support local charities, environmental projects or education initiatives. Finally, instead of trying to minimise their tax payments by using accounting loopholes, I believe that company bosses should be happy to contribute to society through the tax system.

In conclusion, I believe that companies should place as much importance on their social responsibilities as they do on their financial objectives.

thanhk you so much haha

Agree.

When it first started out, I believe it did more good then harm. If the current benefits of social media (speed of information, interconnected networks, etc.) could be limited to things like news reporting or emergency services notification, it'd be great.

IMHO, for the vast majority of current users, it serves as a platform to expose the rest of the world to their problems and enables their need for attention. I've heard far to many stories of families and friends ruining relationships because of social media, not to mention jobs and celebrities.

However that's not to say there aren't any benefits now - for example, I love being able to see pictures from friends and family. I just don't agree with the stream-of-consciousness that it has become.banhquabanh

I don't think that talent, wealth and attraction cannot bring happiness to people because they have these things but they don't have love, they don't care about others, how can they be called happiness? I think happy people will always think about others, think positively, always work hard, appreciate the smallest and most important things they know to give away without getting back.

Some may argue that students shouldn't use computers as a hobby due to potential negative impacts on their academic performance and physical health. Excessive screen time can lead to distractions, procrastination, and decreased focus on studies. Additionally, spending long hours sitting in front of a computer can result in various health issues such as eye strain, poor posture, and decreased physical activity. Consequently, prioritizing computers as a hobby may lead to a sedentary lifestyle and contribute to a lack of social interaction with peers. However, it's important to note that not all computer use is detrimental. When used in moderation and for educational purposes, computers can enhance learning, foster creativity, and facilitate research. It ultimately comes down to finding a healthy balance between utilizing computers for both leisure activities and productive pursuits.

Some argue that students should not use computers as a hobby as it may lead to a sedentary lifestyle and hinder physical activity. Spending excessive time in front of screens can have adverse effects on health, such as eye strain, poor posture, and inactivity, which may contribute to obesity and other related health issues. Furthermore, using computers as a hobby may also lead to reduced social interaction and communication skills, as individuals might prefer virtual interactions over face-to-face conversations. Additionally, excessive screen time can affect sleep patterns and cognitive development. It is essential for students to engage in a variety of activities, including physical exercise, social interactions, and creative pursuits, to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. While using a computer for educational purposes and necessary tasks is beneficial, moderation and balance are key to ensuring a well-rounded development in students.

Some people say that there shouldn't be examinations but i don't agree about this problem. i think, nowadays, students go to school not only study for their selves, they also study for many diffrent things.
Firstly, if there are many examinations from schools, students will have to study hard in order to pass those examinations and affirm their learning so they will try and exert all one's strength
Sencondly, examinations help students recognize of learning by their selves
Thirdly, examinations help student know things they are bad and things they need to try better and continue to study harder .
Therefore, there should be examinations because this is the best way to estimate student's learning and help students study better.
