If you go to the central Vietnamese city of Hue, you must try Bun Bo Hue. Basically, it's also a kind of soup with .noodle.., like Pho but it has distinctive taste and ..ingredients.. First, sauce and shrimp sauce are .supplied.. to the broth to bring its flavour. There are pork leg, pork meatballs, slice of ..., and lots of fresh herbs. It's also served with some pig blood cubes. It's quite .delicious.., especialy if you have it in the local taste. There are many variations of Bun Bo Hue, but it's better to taste it in Hue.
