All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. In summary, healthis better than wealth.

There are some ways to have a good health in our life. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit. Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health. In short, we just need to try our best to take care of ourselves. Having a good health, we can do whatever we want and can get success in our life.

1.Everyone has their own study habits which are suitable to their routines. Personally, I have to go to school in the morning on weekdays, therefore, I spend the afternoon doing the homework. At night, after eating dinner, I often relax for a while by surfing Facebook or Youtube, and then come back to my desk. If the homework is completed, I normally practice some extra English exercises. My mother has bought several English learning books for me. On Monday and Tuesday, I have an extra course in Mathematics, so I’m a little bit busy those days. In addition, being interested in editing videos, I usually spend my free time watching videos on Youtube about this topic and practicing it myself.

2.My clothing style is pretty simple. I like comfort so I opt for a t-shirt and jeans. This is also my favorite outfit. I have quite a few t-shirts. My favorite colors are black and white because it’s pretty basic and easy to match. When I’m at home, I mostly just wear T-shirts. However, when I go to school I will dress more politely. I wear a shirt and shoes. There’s a t-shirt that I really like. It is quite wide. It is black and has no other textures. Sleeves are wide and elbow-length. This is a gift my brother bought me when I was 16 years old. I usually wear it on outings with friends, when traveling or going out for coffee. I have a lot of pictures taken with this shirt. My favorite pants are wide leg pants. I totally match it with the t-shirt. It looks great. I like my current clothing style and I don’t think I have a reason to change it yet.

I have a memorable childhood which has many experiences. One of the experiences I remember most is the first time I was invited to a birthday party. I was a 6-year-old girl and I had a bestfriend whose name is Lisa. We were very close and seemed we couldn’t live without each other until her birhtday. It was a beautiful morning when Lisa invited me to her birthday party and had no idea about how great her party would be if she didn’t ask me to attend. I was very happy and decided to make my bestfriend surprise by giving her a puppy as a present. Lisa didn’t like dog or any animal but I almost forgot about that. I was confident to give her my present in her birthday and immediately realized that she didn’t like my little dog which I myself chose to buy 3 days ago. While the party was going on, I stood in a corner of the room and watched how much she loved other normal presents such as teddy bear, dolls or crayons. I felt dissapointed but that was not the worst thing. About 20 mintues later, Lisa’s father gave a sign that was the time to taking out a birthday cake. It was the biggest birthday cake I had ever seen. The light went off. As soon as it went on, somebody screamed “It’s a puppy in the cake”. Everyone was surprise and they recognized that was my puppy. They looked at the puppy and then looked at me. I glanced to Lisa. She said nothing and about to cried. I was very confused and ashamed. I carried my puppy, said sorry to Lisa and ran out of the party. I couldn’t believe that I had just broken my bestfriend’s birthday cake because of a silly decision. I learned that never bring any animal with me to a party, especially bestfriend’s birthday party. It’s an experience that I won’t forget for the rest of my life. Luckily Lisa forgave me and we are still friend up to now. She always reminded me about her 6th birthday and we laughed a lot.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially  walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

Quá khứ về 1 chuyến đi nhé

Last summer, my family had an amazing picnic in an eco-park. We got up early to prepare for the trip. My younger sister and I helped our mother pack up some delicious food and fruit while my father checked the car. At 6 a.m. we departed, and 2 hours later we reached our destination which is 50 km away from Hanoi. After choosing an ideal place in deep shadow, we put down blankets to rest. Lying on my back, I enjoyed delightful scenery, pure air and beautiful sounds of country birds. Surprisingly, while we were eating our picnic lunch, some lovely little birds swooped down. We fed those friendly birds with bread and watermelon. After meal, we sang aloud, laughed happily and took some photos. Early in the afternoon, we went fishing in a small river nearby. I was extremely excited as that was the first time I have tried fishing. Three hours of fishing passed by, and we were all happy with our total catch of eight fish. At nearly 5 p.m. we hurriedly gathered things to come back home. For the whole family, the outing was great fun.

In daily life, music plays an important role in improving human’s spirit. Music is a wide topic and heated issue that connect people when talking about it. As people have deep knowledge about all kind of music, they can be able to lengthen a conversation. Music is created by both melody and rhythm in order to make a complete song. There are several styles of music such as: pop, hip-hop, ballad, country and so on. Its tune and meaning also differ from country to country. I love music for many reasons. First, it helps people relax and reduces stress from studying and working environment. For example, when having problems in life, one should listen to favorite music and them make up one’s mind. Second, music helps people in all aspects of life like: movie, business, .… There are an increasing number of famous singer and writer that distribute their money to establish charity fund for the poor. It saves many people’s lives and even improves to create a better living standard. Third, music is not simply rhythm it’s an art. Since music expresses feeling and emotion, it is a tool to heal one’s soul. A good example is that when you are in good mood, you listen to energy rock music; however when you don’t feel like doing anything, you need some relax music as country or romantic country. Human cannot lead a happy life without music cause music is a part of life, it appears on several environments. Nowadays, there are more and more intellectual-property pirates, which leads to suspicion on serious artists. Therefore, if an artist wants to become successful, they have to work on their own and totally commit to their work of art. Music is a diverse topic that many mysteries can be discovered from it; moreover, people have a right to protect and preserve this kind of art.

Everybody has hobbies, jobs,. . . different. And so am I, my music idol Justin Bieber.
His real name is Justin Drew Bieber, born in 1994, is a Canadian pop / R & B singer. He is known for his music videos on Youtube. Scooter Braun was watching and became his manager until now. With his good looks and impressive voice, he has been referred to by the fans as the "King of Pop". I also listened to many of Justin's hit songs like Beauty and the Beat, One Time, Never Say Never, .... but among them, I like "Baby" in My World 2.0.
I love my idol and hope he will succeed on his singing career.

Computer plays an important role in this information era. However, while bringing certain advantages, this high-tech device has its own limitations.
First of all, computer has become a useful tool and an intelligent device in every aspect of life. For example, thanks to Computer and Internet, new technology in medicine is created and applied worldwide i.e. Minimally invasive surgery, microsurgery, and laser surgery. What is more , industrialization could not make its miracle jump without the support of computer and Internet. New constructive materials, new robots, and new fuels are all made with the help of information technology. That is to say computer has made our life become modern, more convenient and civilized. Moreover, computer and Internet is a great means of communication. Distance is no longer a matter of concern when we can send mails within a few seconds or make cheap internet phone call. We can also update ourselves with the latest occurrences in the world with just some simple mouse clicks. In addition, Internet is becoming so popular that having Internet access is no longer a luxury.
Granted that Internet is an indispensable part of life in this high technology era, it has its own limitations. The troubles, however, do not stem from computer or the Internet themselves but the users. The new technology is entirely positive but the users take its advantage for negative purposes. Some people use computers to do nothing but play games, chitchat, spam, create dirty information on the Net. They directly or indirectly detract Internet from its benefits to the community. Many people are scared of using Internet because of their fear of being abused, or spamed. or becoming Internet addicts. In addition, sitting in front of the screen for long hours can lead to obesity, backache, and short-sightedness. Besides, people paying too much attention to online activities may become passive, sluggish in real life because of their lacks of communication, and manual labor.
In short, everything has its two sides, so does computer and Internet. Therefore, it is necessary that we use it for right purposes.

Among developing technology and science, modern media is chose for finding in formation or relaxing by most of people. Computer is one of the things appeared earliesy in century . Therefore, computer is used widely hitherto. But Using computer has many advantages but also a lot of disadvantages


Having a computer for work and study is of great convenience because of these following reason.Firstly, Computer help students widen their knowledge horizon. Secondly, Using computer helps me meet new friends and exchange of knowledge. It enables us to gain further knowledge about all aspect of life. In addition, there are a huge number knowledge from overseas. Therefore, we can see more of the world and learn useful things of foreigers

However, it has many disadvantage. It can make us lazier and dependent. We only want to use the computer to get information instead of thought. One more thing, It is harmful for our eyes.

As I have noted, I think using computer will be useful for us if we know to use it reasonably
