\(=>M^2=8+2\sqrt{6+2\sqrt{5}}=8+2\sqrt{\left(\sqrt{5}+1\right)^2}=8+2\sqrt{5}+2\)

\(=10+2\sqrt{5}\)

Gọi biểu thức trên là $A$

\(A^2=8+2\sqrt{(4+\sqrt{10+2\sqrt{5}})(4-\sqrt{10+2\sqrt{5}})}\)

\(=8+2\sqrt{4^2-(10+2\sqrt{5})}=8+2\sqrt{6-2\sqrt{5}}\)

\(=8+2\sqrt{(\sqrt{5}-1)^2}=8+2|\sqrt{5}-1|=6+2\sqrt{5}=(\sqrt{5}+1)^2\)

$\Rightarrow A=\sqrt{5}+1$ (do $A>0$)
