Generally population growth and technology impact the environment by lessening "natural" environments and creating more "man made" ones. Often non-human populations (plants and animals) are affected by these changes and either adapt or die out in areas with increased population growth or technological advances. Think of places in your community where new roads have been built, where vacant lots have becoming houses, or where any kind of change to the "natural" environment has occurred. The movie Over the Hedgeis a simplification of this issue. There have also been more positive impacts recently, in terms of green energy (solar or wind power, for example) where technology has allowed for a reduction in the use of natural resourcesin certain communities.

There are many crimes, air pollution, traffic jams, stress,...heppened every day . Please be alert when you want to move to the big cities

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

My father is the one that I admire most. He is a businessman who always tries hard to earn money for my family. I admire him because of his power. I know that he has experienced many difficulties, but overcoming all of them, he gain success. At first, he was only a carpenter, and his income couldn’t meet our family’s demand because my mother gave births to four children. My father soon realized that he had to do something to care the whole family. He traveled a lot to find new technology with an aim of increasing the productivity. After a few months, he bought a new machine, which manufactured wooden products. Of course, the machine helped my family considerably. My father then expanded the factory and run the whole business. Since then, he has been always busy from early morning to the evening. However, my father never forgets to take care of his children. He taught us to behave politely and encouraged us to study well if we want to be successful.  If there is anyone of us feeling disappointed, he knows how to inspire and motivate us by his stories. I love him a lot. In my heart, he is always my idol.

When it comes to this parular topic, the first person that springs to mind is my next- door neighbor - Mr Tam, a considerate and thoughtful old man. We have been friends for several years since the day he moved into my neighborhood. Despite the obviously huge age gap, we got on the house on fire at the very first time we met, and I admire him so much for many valuable virtues of his.

To most people, the idea of senior men often rotates around how old-fashioned and conservative they can be, or how forgetful they are. Mr Tam, to me, is the embodiment of the exact opposite. My deepest impression on him, which is also the reason why we clicked at the very first time we met, is that he is very good with tech gadgets. Un many same-age counterparts who are mostly dismissive of anything modern, Mr Tam is not technology-illiterate at all. He often posts adorable pictures of his grandchildren on Facebook, and I believe that he takes great pleasures in replying to every compliment about how radiant and effulgent they look.

I also adore this man for his sentimentality. In his younger years, Mr Tam used to be soldier who fought for the country in the Vietnam War. He is sometimes reminiscent of the days when he was in the army. I remember there was one time when he got a little bit emotional about his friends who laid down their lives in the battle. Whenever we talk, he always reminds me and my friends to keep moving forward in life, so that the sacrifices of his friends will not go to waste.

To me, Mr Tam is both a friend and an inspiration. I admire him for his wisdom, his heart and many of his life advice. He is truly a friend that I never thought I would be so lucky to have.

Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.
I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when i feel that i have to.
I snack all the time. It's a very bad habbit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad and unhealthy for our body.
But the good thing is that i eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins, carbohydrates.
And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to change from bad to a good habbit: e
at fruit for dessert instead of cookies.

Ha Long Bay (Vietnamese: Vịnh Hạ Long, IPA: [vînˀ hâːˀ lawŋm] (About this soundlisten), Chinese: 下龍灣) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and popular travel destination in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The name Hạ Long means "descending dragon". Administratively, the bay belongs to Ha Long City, Cam Pha City, and is a part of Van Don District. The bay features thousands of limestone karsts and isles in various shapes and sizes. Ha Long Bay is a center of a larger zone which includes Bai Tu Long Bay to the northeast, and Cat Ba Islandto the southwest. These larger zones share a similar geological, geographical, geomorphological, climate, and cultural characters.

Ha Long Bay has an area of around 1,553 km2 (600 sq mi), including 1,960–2,000 islets, most of which are limestone. The core of the bay has an area of 334 km2 (129 sq mi) with a high density of 775 islets.[1] The limestone in this bay has gone through 500 million years of formation in different conditions and environments. The evolution of the karst in this bay has taken 20 million years under the impact of the tropical wet climate.[2] The geo-diversity of the environment in the area has created biodiversity, including a tropical evergreenbiosystem, oceanic and sea shore biosystem.[3] Ha Long Bay is home to 14 endemic floral species[4] and 60 endemic faunal species.[5]

Historical research surveys have shown the presence of prehistoric human beings in this area tens of thousands years ago. The successive ancient cultures are the Soi Nhu culture around 18,000–7000 BC, the Cai Beo culture 7000–5000 BC[6] and the Ha Long culture 5,000–3,500 years ago.[7] Ha Long Bay also marked important events in the history of Vietnam with many artifacts found in Bai Tho Mountain, Dau Go Cave, Bai Chay.[7]

500 years ago, Nguyen Trai praised the beauty of Ha Long Bay in his verse Lộ nhập Vân Đồn, in which he called it "rock wonder in the sky".[8] In 1962, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of North Vietnam listed Ha Long Bay in the National Relics and Landscapes publication.[9] In 1994, the core zone of Ha Long Bay was listed as a World Heritage Site according to Criterion VII, and listed for a second time according to Criterion VIII.[10]

People in my village love delicious food and they often have three meals a day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At about 7.00 a.m, they usually have a light breakfast with a bowl of pho or cereal with milk. Sometimes they have a bowl of instant noodles or a plate of sticky rice before going to work. Luch often start at about 11.30 a.m. They often have rice, meat, fish and fresh vegetables for lunch. Dinner often start at 6.00 p.m with rice, lots of vegetables, some meat and fish. Then they often have some fruits and some coffee or tea. I think food in my village is tasty and healthy. And it's nutritious, too.

Already there are encouraging signs that the rate of increase in many less developed countries is beginning to slow down.
