If I could I would make one day per week a non-student day devoted to teacher growth and learning. This would provide generous time to think, plan, assess, reflect, work with colleagues, examine student work repeatedly, learn more about learning, learn about student trauma, learn more about teaching, learn more about content. Right now because teachers supervise the students, time for teacher growth is limited and often placed at the end of a long, tiring day; or teacher-time is created by using guest teachers (who are not always predictable in capacity or attendance); or teacher learning happens in the summer which is like getting a blast of thinking and learning without any opportunity to try it out and make it stick . I would hire a team of camp counselors to be available for all student free time on campus to lead games, activities, and supervise student fun. A more camp like environment would help students to interact in a positive manner and enjoy their time in school to a greater extent. Having folks on campus trained as camp counselors could provide flexibility in the school day where teachers could excuse part of their students to have fun with counselors while others work on something specific with the teacher .Classrooms (and class numbers) would be flexible in space, seating, and furnishings. So we would have larger theater like lecture halls as well as small books and crannies for small group tutoring. Classes in most schools that I have been part of have been very inflexible. Each class is assigned between 25–35 students in room of about 2–300 square feet. Once desks and students are in the room, there is little space for any movement, small group areas, quiet spaces, etc.
The summer holiday is very hot, so the people always go to some places cool to the hot of the summer blow away. It is very cool! Last summer holiday, my family went to Nha Trang by train. It took my family to Nha Trang for four hours! It was a long time, so that’s why we have to wake up early in the afternoon to take a train. At 7h pm, we came to Nha Trang and we booked the hotel. Last summer vacation, I went to Ha LOng Bay with my family. It was sunny but not very hot. His parents sat in the sun and talked. My younger sister and I went swimming. Then, we went to some souvenir shops. We bought a lot of different gifts for our friends. Next, my family went to a food stall for lunch. We ate fish and crab. The food was delicious, but most things were not cheap. They were quite expensive. Finally, We took a lot of photos and went to home by bus. In our country, summer holiday is the longest holiday in a year. I often went to sea with my family and my relatives every summer holidays. But last summer, my parents allowed me go to sea with my friends. I had many memories with my friends and it made impression on me.
The trip had seven people; four boys and three girls. We learnt primary school together. So far we have been close friends. We spent three days on holiday. On holiday, we only slept four hours a day and the rest time we went swimming, went sightseeing
At the morning, we got up at half past four o’clock to see sunrise. It was very peaceful and calm in early morning. After that we went swimming. In the evening, we went along seaside. At that time the wave seemed gentler than it was in the afternoon. The later it was, the more people the beach had. Everybody looked happy. We took many photographs and had a lots of sea foods. All of us were indeed happy.
At the last day, there was a small problem with me. I had stomachache. Maybe I was not suitable with sea foods. Fortunately I bought medicine, so I took a medicine and I was ok.
After three days, we came back home. I think it was great time in my life.

I spent my summer holiday with my family in Da Nang for 3 days. That was really great days for me. On the first day, we had a trip to Ba Na Hills. The atmosphere was very fresh, it made me feel good. We visited many places such as Fantasy Park, Debay Cellar, French Village, etc.
On the second day, we went to visit My Son Sanctuary and go swimming in the afternoon. Da Nang beach is very pure and the scene is really beautiful. So I took many nice pictures.

We are going to go to Co To island on for three days by motorbike and boat. Our trip will start from Hanoi to Van Don, about 250 kilometer by motobike, and from Van Don to Co To island by boat. After that, we will book a room in a hotel and have lunch in a restaurant near the hotel with seafoods, such as shrimp, fish and so on. After lunch, we’ll walk around places near there. We’ll go watch the sunrise in the morning the day after, and then we will go hiring a motorbike of people in on the island to visit natural places there, especially the lighthouse.
